Can these bulbs also be used in an outdoor porch lamp?

I am not positive, but I think so. I think they are essentially a "replacement" for the old screw-in incandescent bulbs. They actually look sturdier and definitely "burn" cooler. I am using them in a bathroom fixture that is exposed to significant moisture from steam generated from hot showers. - I would not be concerned about using them outdoors.

Do these work with Alexa ?

No, they didn't work for me. I had to replace every one of them after only weeks of use. I got a small refund.
