Great Hydration
Wife loves the sugarfree lemon-lime flavor, works great, if i feel a leg cramp coming on I just down a bottle of water and a packet of liquid IV. Within 5 minutes my cramps are gone.

Work Great But Not For Heart Patients
These do a great job, but beware if you have a heart issue. Obviously they have a lot of sodium ( that's the point). Unfortunately, they aren't great for some folks. Make sure if you have heart failure or other similar problems that you check with a doctor before consuming. Turns out my 90 year old MIL didn't need to be using them. On a brighter note, the flavor is very nice and reminds me of a margarita!

too much salt!?
just tried the Liquid IV in the Lemon Lime flavor, and while it did hydrate me very well, I found it to be a bit too salty for my preference. The flavor was okay, but the saltiness can be pretty overwhelming - especially if you're sensitive to salt. On the positive side, I do like how quickly and effectively it hydrates me - especially post workout or on hot days. It certainly works. All in all, if you don't mind the saltiness, it would be a good choice for hydration. Just expect a much stronger salty flavor than you may have anticipated.
