Flexible Customization: Artman's Silicone Pin Mat can also be easily cut into smaller sections to accommodate specific tray sizes or create customized organization options. This flexibility allows you to tailor the mat to your specific needs and maximize its functionality.
The length of each finger projection is 3/4th of an inch which offers the required cushioning effect. It is enough for most of the instruments since it provides some space underneath to pass the steam. If your instruments are too thick you can remove the projection from a certain area with scissors to make room for your instrument.
Non-Slip Design: The non-slip surface of the mat prevents instruments from shifting or sliding during the sterilization process, ensuring their proper arrangement.
AUTOCLAVABLE: Designed specifically for use with autoclave sterilization processes, ensuring safe and effective instrument sterilization. It is a usual phenomenon with all rubber products that they get hard with the recurrent autoclave cycles and need to be replaced.
