Amazing device - wish I bought this to start with
Update: a few weeks after receiving this amazing device my display stopped working (backlight visible but no text or images on the screen). Cielo Support helped immediately via phone and sent me a new one after I sent over a video showing the issue and my receipt. Support is just as good as other reviewers mention, super solid. Love this thing and the company stands behind it! Works amazingly with Mitsubishi mini split in Comfy Max mode. This is exactly what I wanted. I set a schedule to start Comfy Max at a certain time (work hours for my home office). I created a second schedule to turn off at end of my workday. This keeps the temperature constantly updated to match actual conditions in the room instead of failing behind and then blasting me with high fan cold air for long periods like the Sensibo did. The room stays much closer to the desired temperature with this thermostat. The indoor unit stays powered on, so the wear and tear to the Mitsubishi is minimized. For setup, the app just had me point the Mitsubishi remote at the thermostat and hit the power button. Everything so far has just worked from there, including the fan louvres some people said needed adjustment afterwards. It’s saving energy, keeping me more comfortable. It looks good and setup was simple. I couldn’t be happier! LOVE this thing.

This is a Must-Have for a mini split unit that doesn't have built-in WiFi, such as Mitsubishi!
I can't say enough about how happy I am with this purchase! I couldn't believe the Mitsubishi mini split I had installed last year didn't have built-in WiFi capability. For that, they make you buy an optional module costing about $180! When I read the reviews, however, there were so many unhappy customers -- it didn't work reliably, it doesn't work with 5GHz WiFi, etc. etc. I really needed the ability to operate the unit remotely and did some search and found this clever device. Clever I say because this doesn't require any hard wiring and it would work with any mini split with remote control. Simply utilizing the IR remote functions of the unit, you can have WiFi remote control!!! Installation was a "Breez" and everything is working flawlessly. I am beyond ecstatic!

Worth Every Penny! Get it now! Just Works
These are awesome! I've used them for almost a year now, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, and am going to buy a 3rd one for the office. Can't say enough about it. They work flawlessly, and support is outstanding. Ian helped me troubleshoot a new unit for a solid 30 minutes, taught me a lot, and got it working. I highly recommend these if you are using older splits or air cons and need automation. It's saved me so many times when I've been out and forgot to turn them on, and I love using Alexa to control them as well. I am in Bangkok some of the year, so I use them here in my condo, and just moved to a new condo, and it was so easy to switch them over. Great company, great device. Hope this helps.

Hi folks, this is long, but if you want good info, this is for you. Just an honest review, with hope it helps other cost and environmentally conscious consumers, and hope it may assist those with less mobilty. I am not paid for this review. Writing reviews is really not my thing, I am old school and more word of mouth. But, the Cielo company has more than EARNED this review. I am HIGHLY IMPRESSED with Cielo employees, products, and their customer service. And, I am not at all easy to impress. 1) Cielo ANSWERS their PHONES in a timely manner! And, they truly will call you back! There may be a slight delay, while they work on your issues, but they have always called back. It’s okay for for you ring them too, and they will courteously update you of the progress. 2) Customer Service is EXCELLENT! I have never had any issues with CS, they have always been real and professional. But remember the customer needs to be polite and civil too. Dont be a lame bully! 3) Cielo seriously backs their products! Cielo will WORK HARD to resolve any issues, and take CARE of their CUSTOMERS. 4) Cielo is an up and coming technology & CUSTOMER FOCUSED company achieving numerous AWARDS. 5) Cielo products I own have helped me SAVE water, electricity, and will turn on/off in Comfy Mode and that rests & cools the cooler motor too. Saves me from getting up & down, for remote or on/off human operation, all while providing steady comfort. (I can barely walk sometimes, this is critical to be able to link the Cielo Breeze MAX to Amazon Echo and be able to control on/off by VOICE. My cooler is really basic, so I can only do on/off by voice. But, if you own a more advanced cooler & remote you can call Cielo and ask what yours may be able to do.) From someone who can barely stand at times in excruciating pain, or barely lift my arms, this Cielo Breeze MAX, VOICE CONTROL is VERY IMPORTANT for those with less mobility. 6) Folks, Cielo GETS IT. Cielo understands good solid professional customer service & business! You know that thing, consumers are so sick and tired and frustrated about when dealing with other companies. Long call waits, being brushed aside or even hung up on. Not even trying to resolve your issue. And then your lunch hour is up, nothing resolved. I have not come anywhere close to any of those negative issues stated above with Cielo. Cielo understands customer service! Here is my real life experiences with Cielo… Having spoken with numerous employees at Cielo from CS reps to a supervisor and manager, no where did the service ever falter, as it has been excellent at all levels. At first, my cooler was not on their list. So when I contacted them, it took a few days, but the techs were able to add it to their system, and it has worked with this cooler ever since. (Thanks Cielo!). Cielo has also asked me for photos of my remote control etc., and I was pleased to assist. We as a team (Yeah, Cielo & customer, that’s cool!) were able to provide the Cielo Breeze capability to more coolers that consumers own. So don’t hesitate to give Cielo a call, if you don’t see your cooler, split AC, etc. on their list. Be a teammate and help others get access to these great products, and make the call. Cielo is very CUSTOMER FOCUSED, so If you ever have any issues with your product, call them. Again, I have made a prep list of questions prior to the call, so I can be focused and precise, then called about the product functions. Cielo reps were patient with my questions, and they clearly explained some of the functions don’t work with my real basic cooler. They also shared with me ways to better utilize the Cielo Breeze MAX Comfy mode & schedules. If needed, they went over somethings multiple times, because I am one of those, that one answer may trigger another needed applicable question. Heck, even when I was ready to buy, they assisted me with where they thought I could buy it at a lower price, even though their website did have a sale. They referred me to Amazon. What a great company! They did not try and suck me into a higher dollar purchase. Team work, gotta love it! The bottom line folks, from what I have experienced Cielo is a solid professional company! You can even have a giggle with the CS reps, yeah they are real! (Not Ai). I have been monitoring the comapny their products, and hope to purchase more Cielo products in the future. BUY CIELO PRODUCTS with CONFIDENCE! Do you think they will hire me after this? Hope you’re giggling, but most of all I hope this helps someone, and SAVE consumers $$$. Also hope it helps lighten the electrical grid load. Whew! Environmental changes are real!

C'est un excellent appareil, qui fonctionne très bien avec l'application Cielo Home et la liaison avec Alexa. Super service à la clientèle (je n'ai jamais vu ça autant de rapidité et de compétences à la fois) pour vous aider à finaliser votre configuration personnelle en fonction de vos besoin spécifiques. Sinon, l'installation peut très bien se faire sans aide, les contrôleurs (télécommandes AC) étant détectés rapidement. Je recommande ce Breez Max sans hésiter!

Excelente producto, venía por defecto en grados Fahrenheit pero con ayuda de soporte pudimos cambiarlo en 2 min. Funciona a la perfección con mi Mirage Magnum 22

No funcionó con la configuracion qué tenia el termostato. Escribí al servicio técnico y me lo solucionaron de inmediato. La marca de mi AC ni la.conocian, me hicieron unas preguntas y lo arreglaron. La verdad no me lo esperaba. Y el servicio al cliente fue excepcional.
