I train iron palm and iron fist as well as doing grabbing excersises with it. the size is perfect, when filled up with dried marrowfat peas it can take about 2.5-3kg of peas but you could add some sand and probably get about 4-5 kg if you wish to make it heavier (I haven't actually tried this, it's just a rough estimation of the volume I have left in the bag) and it fits through your letterbox! Great quality and versitile bag that can be used for a veriety of martial arts training exercises and a very reasonable price.

Very well made, I work out for 2 hrs a day on Boxing Equipment, this is a Traditional training item well made!
