Yes, it can be ripped but it very durable. If your dog is aggressive and/or strong it will tear but it is far more durable than other toys

Can I order just the frog?

I bought all of these separately and my dog loves them all. The frog by itself is $5.75 just search for kong frog dog toy. And if ur dog likes squeakers buy a bag of 20 replacement squeakers. These are his favorite toys. Especially the beaver.
