High quality, nice feel
I was having a hard time finding exactly what I needed for what I was making, but this was a great fit. I needed cord to serve as a core for rolled handles, and this product worked perfectly. It was high quality and had a nice feel to it. I thought for some reason that it would appear thicker than it is, but I did measure it and it is 6mm in diameter, so the size is accurate, but I would double check the measurement yourself before you buy if you aren't already familiar with what a cord that thickness will look like. That being said, it did exactly what I needed it to do. I found it to be sturdy, and it did not have any kind of chemical smell or anything like that when I received it. Considering it was made for macrame, but I used it for rolled suede handles, I would also say that it's a fairly versatile product, my only concern being that it does fray and unravel quickly once it has been cut, and you may have to tape the ends while you work with it.

Used to make a macrame hanger for a very heavy terrarium. It has held up beautifully. Great price, color was on point and it was easy to work with. For the beginner out there, make sure to tape the ends when you’re working with it as this type of rope can be easily unraveled while you’re working with it if you don’t. Something I appreciated when I was unraveling the tail of the hanger to match the tassels I incorporated in my hanger. Bery happy with my purchase!

It’s a little softer than I expected but then this was the first time using macrame cord and it was a suggested but my item turned out better than expected. It is a nice cording for the money.
