How well does it juice lemon?

Works great for me with lemon, like most horizontal juicers. I always make two days' juice at a time and have a drink after dinner, so fresh.

Can it juice hard veggies like carrot?

Yes it can, it’s really good at juicing hard veggies. It’s an Excellent juicer.

Yes, I juice apples with this all the time. But you have to slice them first.

Is it safe to sterilise the parts for this device? I bought it and it’s great just want to be sure it can be safely sterilised.

The parts are not dishwasher safe so if your steriliser operates at a high temperature like a dishwasher, I would advise against it. If your fruit and veg going through it are not sterilised, what difference does it make?
