The product is as advertised and was delivered when promised and in good condition.

I’d been having ongoing pain after my arms workouts. I’ve used these compression supports twice now, and there was a dramatic decrease in my discomfort. I feel now that I can continue to workout carefully while the arms are able to heal.

Didn't help much for an injured bicep. Returned it.

I like these for compression and for working out. Easy and adjustable just as described.

As stated in the headline one thing if you have a shorter bicep it may not allow your arm to bend without irritating your arm in the fold area. I really liked the sleeve so instead of returning it if you can or know someone that can stitch the blue outer trim just the width of that trim on both sides upper and lower that will remedy the issue. I opted to have the fold facing out. Hope that helps
