These gummies are amazing! After I turned 39 years old in march I've been having a lot of "mental" and "physical" issues. I suffer from anxieties and stress that since March have heightened and also been experiences muscle pains that I've never felt before. TMI, but my ovulation has gotten waaay worse. I did a lot of research about what I can take/do to help ease the stress, anxieties and pains, and everything pointed to Magnesium. I started looking on amazon and reading reviews of different Magnesium supplements and ended up choosing this one. One of the reasons is because it also has Ashwagandha in it which also came highly recommended. I can't lie, I was a little skeptical at first, if the Magnesium and Ashwagandha will actually help. Almost 3 weeks later, I can honestly say that I haven't felt so good in a long time. I do still get my down moments, but nothing that I can't handle, compared to 2-3months ago. I feel lighter, more at ease, happier, and even my boss made a comment today about how he's seen a change in me, being more positive, less stressed etc. My sleep has also improved drastically. I'm a person that dreams every night (no good dreams), and I remember everything the next morning. Now, I can't even remember if i had a dream, let alone what is was about. I take 2 gummies @ lunch time, and have no problem falling asleep at night, but if you are a person sensitive to sleeping gummies, I would say take it before bed, maybe 1 or 2 hours before. I take it in the afternoon because I'm on a fasting schedule so I am unable to take it at night. All in all I can confidently say that the gummies do work, and I will definitely be purchasing these again.

I've been taking these gummies for about about a week now, and they do make me sleep faster, better, and they do taste yummy, but I do feel somewhat groggy in the morning. I was hoping to be more energized. Maybe I need to get used to them still?? I've seen reviews about people not liking the fact that they stick together, but they stick together in two's. Sooooo I don't see a problem with that, since they suggest you eat two everyday. Overall I'm happy with these gummies.

I absolutely love these gummies. I take them and so do my children. I have found that we are all sleeping better at night. I truly think this supplement has even helped decrease my childrens’ motor tics. Will continue to buy!

I ended up in the ER one day with AFib which I had never heard of prior to needing help. My blood tests showed that I had zero magnesium in my bloodwork which is essential for heart health. Taking these supplements keeps my magnesium at a healthy level and they taste really good.

The product definitely works well as I fall asleep a lot faster with it than without it. I've given it to friends and it helps them as well. That being said, I think the magnesium dosage could be higher. I take a double dosage as that is what works best with me (6'4" 300lbs), but others have gotten good-enough usage with single dosage. I'm not sure if this product is 3rd party tested, which would be appreciated, but that may be asking too much for a product at this price. Do be careful is you're allergic to lemon balm though as this product does contain it!
