I thought I ordered one big crystal, I got around 6-7 broken crystals. The packaging could be improved for reducing the chance of breakage. Although a valvet poch did induce the feel of luxury, it did nothing for safeguarding the crystal. However, the broken ones served the purpose in my project, hence 4 stars.

I have ordered for a big piece of black turmoline and I received few broken brokeb small pieces lije I feel I was been fooled... .... Because in the description it was mentioned large size. How can I get the HELP to return it
