at first when I got mine I thought it was white instead of pink so I threw it hahaha then I opened the box and it was the pink i chose, but i was not sure how to open the top.. i filled it then closed the top and it leaked, I was so angry, so i sat down a bit to cool down, I picked up my cup again filled it again i realized you cannot fill the cup past the line, if you go over the line inside the cup it till spill out, so make sure you only fill you vup to the line not over it or it will leak.. then i closed the lid but i had a hard time closeing the drinking part, then i realized i had to posh down with my had until i heard the click then i tiped it upside down and it didn't leak now i'm happy i love it, leeps my water nice and cool for a while.. got my mom one to.. i love the design nice and non stick grip my wated tastes better then before i had this cup.. its so nice and stable , holds the heat nicely.. takes time to cick it shut. you have to make sure you cick it all the way shut or it will leak. i love the pink color , pink is my favorite color, it is nice for the money and I am happy i bought this mug, it goes great with my herbel tea.. not to big not to small. easy to hold and fill up.. again make sure you fill it up to only the line inside the cup turn the top to close once you do that then make sure you press down so the drinking spout top clicks shut, then it should not leak.. i fifured that out ya cannot overfull this cup to the top... it so portable i love it and do recommend it,, just make sure you fill it correctly and close the driou will have a half open cup that will leak. many are doing it wrong as i first did untill i figured it out,, not i'm so happy with mine,, it's perfect for me , my milk , my cold water stay cold enough,, long enough hot or cold.. all great for me and i'm happy I found this..

Ove the years I have owned more thermal mugs than I can remember. None of them lived up to all the hype and promises. Some were close, but non ever did all they claimed. Then I ran across this Yinbaoge Insulated Travel mug and finally I found something that was true to what it claimed to be. If you are looking for a really good thermal mug, look no further ! I purchased a 12 oz to try because I wanted something smaller. Here are the positives on this thermal travel mug. 1st - they keep your hot drinks very hot. I make hot tea in mine at 5 pm and at 10 pm it's still steaming hot ! 2nd - the removable grip is an excellent addition. It makes it so much easier to grab this mug - no more having your mug slide out of your hand - even if you are wearing gloves! 3rd - really nice color selection. The colors you see are true colors. I have a purple and a coffee brown and they are good solid strong colors. 4th - the non skid bottom is really a necessity and this one really doesn't skid. 5th - the flip down lid works really well to prevent spillage. 6th - the lid screws on so it's nice and secure. 7th - Turn it upside down - shake it around - zero leakage ! Now for the negatives - there are NONE ! I have nothing negative to say about these mugs. So easy to clean, they keep the hot very hot for a long time, the ice stays cold and icy for a very long time. What more could you want from a thermal mug??? Super reasonable price, beautiful color selection, super fast shipping and most of all - it really does what it promises.

I bought this insulated travel coffee mug for my daughter to use for hot chocolate in the mornings, and we absolutely love it. Great cup. Keeps coffee hot for hours. But it's advertised as "Spill & leak proof". Our carpet begs to differ. Somehow I knocked my cup on the floor and didn't notice. Later my wife found it under my chair. Coffee leaked out and added a new stain on the carpet. I'm an old man and I am not spill & leak proof myself. I've spilled stuff all over the place. I keep carpet cleaners in business. Otherwise it's great cup at a very reasonable price!!!

No problems so far. Works as it should. Keeps my coffee warm for at least 3 hours (that’s how long it takes me to drink from the time I make it). Hasn’t spilled or leaked once. I remove the rubber ring from around the lid to wash it each time and I never have an issue with it leaking when I put it back in place. I love the rubber grip. The pink color I chose is super cute! You can tell it’s a durable cup without it being too bulky or oversized. It’s just a really nice travel coffee cup for the price you pay. I recommend it.

I ordered three of these mugs in different colors and I’m really happy with them. The colors look even better in person, and the quality feels solid and durable. They keep my coffee hot for a long time, and the lid is secure with no leaks so far. Perfect for daily use or taking on the go. Overall, a great purchase — I’m glad I got more than one!

I'm really impressed with this travel coffee mug! I've been through several different mugs in my time and this one by far is the best. I ordered the smaller size in hot pink and its too cute! Pros: Coffee stays hot for an extremely long time. I eventually timed it and coffee was still warm after 2 hours! Impressive Perfect size, fits my car drink holder perfectly Holds up to the large setting on a kureg coffee maker ( and I bought the smaller size mug) Lid screws on securely with no leaking, ever Fits my hand well, easy to hold, doesn't slip Outside stays cool to touch Durable ( has withstood many drops) Cons: NOT dishwasher safe, directions say it will mess up the vacuum seal in the extreme heat Drinking hole is a little small, not a deal breaker by any means but it could be a tad larger All in all, a great travel coffee mug! I ended up buying another one for my husband and he loves his as well. Extremely satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend

Perfect investment for my morning coffee! Now I can bring my coffee from home and it keeps it hot for a long time! And I mean hot! I can even just toss it in my bag with top tighten and lid lip closed and no spills!
