I put screen protectors on all my handheld consoles (and I have quite a few). I went with this because it was decently reviewed and the price was good. So what ended up happening? First, the glass is very clear and I can't tell it's even there when gaming. Of course, this will depend on your sensitivity to an extra layer, but none of my friends could tell it was there until I pointed it out. That's the second thing, it fits very precisely, and I appreciate that. It's easy to align, and easy to get in just the right spot if you miss the first time. This is not an "anti-glare" protector, and despite the "amFilm" name it's glass -- good glass. I think the clarity is the most important factor personally, and I'll take that over anti-glare which often alters the image to my eye. The combination of clarity, fit, and high quality contribute to an attractive screen that's protected from all sorts of scratching. Touch control has been completely transparent with no observed difference against the unprotected screen. All in all, I have to give this product 5/5 stars on my ROG Ally. I actually have the 2023 version, and this fit just fine.

Perfect Fit and Easy Install for ROG Ally X This screen protector fits the ROG Ally X very well and lines up cleanly with the screen. Installation was easy with the included alignment help, and I didn’t have any major issues with bubbles. Once installed, it’s barely noticeable and doesn’t affect touch sensitivity or screen clarity. It does a good job protecting against fingerprints and light scratches while keeping the screen looking clear during gaming. For the price, it’s a solid value and works exactly as expected. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, reliable screen protector for the ROG Ally X.

Fits the screen well and is the prefect size. Decent thickness and good clarity protector for the price. A must buy if you want to protect your screen from scratches.

I just installed this today and wow it's really nice. It's really edge to edge. There really isn't any margin for mistakes. 😁 The edges are 2.5D! The clarity is awesome. You can't even tell that you have a protector on. Here are some tips below though. * Turn off any fan or AC. * Get a bright light over your Ally while it's turned off. * Clean off your screen with the wet one first then dry it right away. Use the microfiber cloth first though to wipe away any dust or so. * Cut off most of the plastic holders as you won't need them if you will be using the guide method instead. * Use the guide stickers. Two should be fine and tape the glass screen protector to the top of the Ally. Make sure you align it first before securing it. Also make sure the holder tabs that guy cut off are on the top while the pull tab is on the bottom side with the tab on your top left. * Put your glass screen protector up and away to the top. Now use Scotch tape or so to dust off the screen. Make sure not to touch the screen with your finger and only use one side of the tape while doing this. If you have tape dusters from other screen protectors you could use that too since these for some reason didn't come with any which are needed. * Make sure there is no dust left. Go ahead and grab your glass screen protector from the top again. Again the glass should be attached to your guide stickers with the Ally. While holding the glass around 45 degrees go ahead and pull the tab for the bottom layer. Don't go too fast or slow. Just medium speed will do fine. * Once the bottom layer is out then use your finger push down on it from the top middle to the bottom middle. This will spread thr protector out while not leaving any air bubbles. * Wait for the whole protector to fully sit first. Now use your finger and push down on the edges while going along them. Make sure you touch every single side and corners. * Now remove the top layer using the holding tabs that guy cut off earlier. Go upwards while taking off your guide stickers at the same time. * Lastly use your white microfiber cloth and secure all the edges again one more time. Enjoy your Ally with some piece of mind now!

Appearance: I docked one star for the very slight wavy discoloration at an angle. This was an issue on some older mobile phone screen protectors that I thought had been ironed out. It's not noticeable when the device is on, you have to look at oblique angles to see it. Besides that, it fits perfectly and even works with the grip case I added. Installation: Clean the screen thoroughly, then use the stickers to get tiny specs of dust off before placing the glass protector. Use both hands to hold the glass protector and the ROG Ally for a steady and perfectly aligned install. Practice installing it using this method before taking the film layer off that reveals adhesive. If you have bubbles, wrap a smooth edged credit card in a microfiber cloth and iron the bubbles out the sides using one of the card's side edges with a little bit of force(you can use a little more force on the bezels)

Perfect fit. Can barely tell it’s on and looks OEM. Do note that during install, ANY tiny little spec of dust will show. It almost looks like a tiny ring or circular imperfection when you’re done. Make extra certain there’s no dust. I’m glad it came with a 3 pack. It was super easy to install. No bubbles or anything.

Vi dico solo che io che sono una capra totale con queste cose in 5 minuti ho fatto un'installazione quasi perfetta, ho sbagliato di un millimetro e lo noto solo io che lo so. Zero bolle, ho anche alzato e riposizionato il vetro senza problemi.Ha anche un discreto trattamento anti impronte e non impatta in nessun modo le funzioni touch o la qualità dello schermo. Non fa riflessi strani o altro. In confezione ci sono le pezzette umide e asciutte e una pezzetta per pulire lo schermo dopo l'installazione. A questo prezzo non posso che consigliarlo. Spero di essere stato utile, buoni acquisti.

Buena calidad y resistencia. Le queda perfecto a la consola sin afectar el uso táctil de la pantalla. Tal vez haría falta agregar un accesorio que facilite la colocación del cristal como en otros productos.
