Quality ingredients
Repeat customer. Perfect bite size for my Sheltie. I use them in a treat ball she rolls around. The beef is great too. Also like the duck but it’s unfortunately gotten too pricey. Will continue to buy these though!

Inconsistent kibble size
I’ve been purchasing Vital Essentials Crunchy Chicken Mini Nibs for several months and was surprised by the inconsistency in kibble size. When I purchased the larger bag for the first time, the pieces were approximately twice the size of those in the smaller bag and were too large for my small dog to eat comfortably. There is no wording or visual indication on the packaging that the larger bag contains larger pieces or is intended for larger dogs. I’m unsure whether this is an intentional difference or a manufacturing inconsistency, but the kibble size should be clearly disclosed and consistent across bag sizes. I also received the product with the bag already open inside the Amazon packaging. This may have been a simple packaging or manufacturing error, but I wanted to mention it because it raises concerns about the product’s freshness and safety. I’ve generally liked this brand, but unfortunately, I can’t use this particular bag.

High dollar reward for our animals
I know this technically says dog food, but we use this as a treat for our dogs. They look forward to it every single day…actually beg for it! Nice to have a food without the extra junk in it.

My dogs love this stuff
My little dogs go crazy for this stuff. We always worry about their weight so I showed it to my Vet and she told me that it was a great treat with low kcals. Fair price too.
