This smells amazing. Some other commenters say that it smells like paint thinner right after you spray it. This is partially true, but this smell fades a couple of seconds after you spray it. I will rate some of the most important categories below: Longevity: 4/5 It lasts around 5-6 hours. Scent: 5/5 People love the scent, and I do too. I have gotten many complements wearing this spectacular cologne. Projection: 5/5 People can smell it around 1-2 feet away from you. It is the perfect amount of projection, no matter how much you spray

Not up to the mark

This cologne is the best one I’ve smelled in years. My 29 year old son and my husband love it!

I was disappointed at first, but it got better. There were some other reviews saying it smelled like "paint thinner," and they aren't wrong. But it was only at first, maybe it was something with the packaging. The first few sprays smelled like alcohol combined with other (bad-smelling) chemicals; however, it got better. When I tried again on the second day, the alcohol smell seemed to dissipate. The scent lasts long on skin, and the longer I wore it, the more it resembled woody amber and cashmere. It grows pleasantly, so maybe give the bottle a couple of days and it'll smell better. That's what happened to me.

I bought a pack of sample colognes, it was my favorite of the pack. However, I bought this, the actual cologne, and it smells like the bottom of a paint thinner can. Extremely disappointing.
