Great toaster although it’s only a 2 slice it fits every type of bread because of the long slots. It toasts evenly and quite quickly. The toaster itself is very stylish and fits perfectly with my new modern kitchen.

Very good. Only complaint: Browning Levels knob numbers are too small and hard to see.

Awful- wouldn’t bother, the toaster looks good but it’s unbelievably inconsistent. Half the amount of toast that’s come out of this toaster has gone straight into the bin due to it being burnt. I’d love to get a refunded but I’m out of time

I've only just received this toaster and used it for the first time, but I absolutely love it. It seems very big to me as my last toaster was nowhere near this size, but it still looks very nice on my worktop. The slots look huge, both in length and width, and I can't imagine anything that wouldn't fit. To test it I toasted a couple of burger buns, set on 2. They popped up so fast I thought I obviously had it set too low, but they were toasted evenly a lovely golden brown and exactly how I like toast to be. A second set of buns had an identical result. I am so happy! Obviously it's early days (extremely), but there is nothing about the toaster that suggests to me it's not good quality, and with a 3 year guarantee there is no reason not to love it. One thing I would point out is the fact that it needs to be run at high setting while empty before the first use. They warn there may be some smell, which is normal. Thankfully I have an electric socket next to my back door and so I decided to stand the toaster outside the door while doing this. Being outside I don't know about a smell, but it smoked like crazy for a short while and had it not been outside, my smoke alarms would have been going insane! After that initial run I toasted the buns as normal and there was neither smoke nor smell. Absolutely recommend this toaster.

Happy with the look of the toaster and its features. However, less impressed by its performance... Toast only done on one corner, or only on one side. As with most toasters it doesn't reach the top on the slice. The wattage is higher than other toasters so it is quicker, but then again is it quicker if you have to re-do the toasting..? *update. couln't live with the un-toasted toast so returning the item*

Wow, I love my new toaster! When my old toaster expired after 25+ years I was overwhelmed by the toasters on offer. Bought one to match my kettle thinking they were basically all the same. Big mistake. I use uncut bread, paninis etc and the new toaster couldn't accommodate any of them. Slots too small and thin. So had to search for one with large slots and this was it! Takes anything I want so far and toasts quickly and well. Bloody brilliant! Well recommended.

3.5 stars. Bought to replace an old Russell Hobbs toaster as I like the fact they have longer, wider slots than the average toaster. The size of the slots is great but the toaster itself is not as sturdy as my previous one and the handle feels very flimsy. Toasts well but not sure about longevity.
