Let The Trumpets Sound!
Excellent vinyl record player! Well built. Easy assembly, although I was a bit intimidated about balancing the arm. The instructions were so clear and easy to follow, that I did not have a problem at all. I did a lot of research before my purchase and Angels Horn was highly recommended. They were not wrong. My record player looks great, sounds great, and plays great!

Beautiful Design. Easy to Assemble. Great Quality.
Love the look. Very nice quality for the price. Easy to set up. Sound is great from the internal speakers but do recommend adding external speaker (s) to enhance the experience. Overall great record player. Would buy again!

This is not for the audiophile, it is for the person getting into vinyl and wants a little more.
First off this is a good turntable. It's not great though. Expect to pay around $500 or more for a great turntable. It is however a good, solid turntable, for the money paid. I paid around $230 for this. I don't regret it. Lets give you the run down, the pros and cons, and the i don't knows. First, some assembly is required. It comes in two boxes, a box within a box. It is packed in styrofoam to keep it safe, and it is packed well. The platter, belt, counter weight are all not installed when it arrives. A quick youtube search, or a glance at the instructions will help you with this. The hardware: This is made in China I believe, at least that's the contact on the website- but let me state this right off the bat- This ain't no Victorola. This is much better. The tone arm is metal, The needle that comes with it is the standard Audio Technica AT3600L- this can be upgraded to a better needle. The counterweight is well... we'll get to that. The internals are okay, again, you are paying for a midrange turntable. The good news is that all the parts can be purchased from Angels Horn, and the customer support, so I've heard is great. This includes the power brick, the motor and the parts. The setup: Expect a little bit of a learning curve, if you aren't new to vinyl then disregard this. It does require the use of a protractor to calibrate the needle (this is included in the box- youtube will show you how to do this). It does require a counter weight (also included, and can be youtubed), you might want to get a scale and calibrate that too as I found mine was a little off. There is also a dust cover for the turntable included which is super easy to install. Setup took a little while for me, I spent more time on the calibration- make sure to check with the audio technica website for the tracking force requirements on the needle, I think it is 2.5 grams. The counterweight is super sensitive too, it took some time to get it right, it seemed it liked being a little on the heavy side to make it sound good and avoid skipping. The features: This turntable does 33, and 45. It DOES NOT do 78. For me, that was fine. It also has blue tooth in- NOT OUT. Again, for me this was not an issue- I expected this. I use an amp with external speakers. Unexpectedly, they actually worked in tandem with the internal speakers which was cool (I got sound through the amp and the turntable at the same time). There's not much else to this. Aesthetics: I like the aesthetics of this machine. It doesn't look like it was designed by Icelandic artisans, it's not a funky shape to promote unique sound. It is however clean, and looks nice. It has a nice weight and feels premium when you use it. The parts seem well put together and nothing sticks out. Wood looks real and feels real- not sure if it is. Now, the sound part: The sound is again, good, but not great. It is lightyears above a Crossly or a Victorola. But it is not a Technics turntable so don't expect that kind of sound from it. The volume is good, but you wont be banging the neighbor's walls down with it- the base is mid level with this, it's there, but it isn't going to vibrate the house. If you love more base in your music you might want to pass, or get an amp and some subs. The clarity it surprising for this thing. It is super clear. I was genuinely happy with it. Treble is not overpowering either and doesn't scratch the ear drums when it plays. It is well balanced and sounds really nice. Even when I hooked it up to the amp and the sound bar, it sounded great. There is one thing that was hard for me. This thing is very sensitive, it skipped if I stepped too hard next to it, that might be my records, but I doubt it. You will want to get a record weight for the spindle and set it on something that is solid. Once I used my record weight and put it on the heavy entertainment center this issue disappeared for the most part. I am upgrading the needle in this machine, so I am curious to see what that does for it. Conclusion: This was worth what I paid for it. I would not have paid more than $240 for this machine. I like it, it sounds good, and plays well. At least mine did. I am not an audiophile, but I do love me some Vinyl, and this did the job nicely.

Great turntable – very happy with it
I’m very happy with this record player. It was easy to set up, sounds great for the price, and the built-in speakers are better than expected. Bluetooth works smoothly, and the overall build quality feels solid. A great choice if you’re looking for a stylish, easy-to-use turntable with good sound quality.

Really happy with this new record player!
Overall I'm really impressed with this turntable, and think it's a great deal for the price! I've owned a different Angel's Horn turntable for a while (the HP-002) and have been very happy with it, so I wanted to check out this new model with built-in speakers for my game room upstairs where I don't have external speakers set up. My existing setup uses Edifier R1700BT bookshelf speakers, so I first tested it out with those and I didn't notice any audible difference between my HP-002 and this turntable. I then tested it out using the built-in speakers and was impressed at how loud they got. They didn't sound quite as good as my dedicated bookshelf speakers (but I didn't expect them too, since the bookshelf speakers alone cost nearly as much as the whole turntable), but overall I'm really happy with it and it will be perfect for playing records in my game room. One cool thing I didn't realize at first is that you can have it connected to external speakers and still use the built-in speakers at the same time. If you leave the volume knob on the turntable at minimum, the audio will only come out of the external speakers. Turn up the knob and it will play out of both, and you can turn down/off the external speakers to only use the built-in speakers. I'm primarily going to use this for records, but I did test out the Bluetooth with my phone and didn't have any issues. It reconnected without issue when switching to the Bluetooth setting, and I could walk to the other side of my house without any audio drops. I might not use that feature much, but it's great to have! One thing that I think have been improved about this over the other Angel's Horn turntable that I have (HP-002) is the auto-off feature. If you let the record play too long after the end of the side, the auto-off feature will activate. This is great, but the slight annoyance I had with my old turntable is that if this happened you would need to turn the power off then on again by switching the toggle at the back of the record player, which is a bit inconveniently located. This new Angel's Horn turntable has fixed this issue by having the on/off toggle by part of the volume knob on the top of the turntable, which makes it much more accessible (and also has a power LED to easily see the current state). There are some other slight differences, but nothing that affected any functionality. This one has an aluminum platter with the belt directly connected while the HP-002 has an iron platter with the belt connected to gear underneath. The HP-002 has an anti-skate weight which this one doesn't, but both have adjustable balance on the tone arm and I didn't noticed any different in skipping on the records I tested. I'm really happy with this new Angel's Horn turntable (and my previous one) so I've definitely become a fan of this brand. I previously had an Audio Technica AT-LP60BK-BT but it felt really flimsy and cheap by comparison, and the auto-stop/start mechanism broke after a friend's kid bumped it. Angel's Horn just feels more study, reliable, and sounds better to my ears, so I'm going to stick with them, especially for the price!

Great solid record player! Bought for my daughter and she really likes it. Good quality for the price, great sound, great style! She had no problem setting it up but make sure no heavy walking near the turntable or it will skip. Set it somewhere stable, like the record player stand.

I was in the market for a quality turntable but didn’t want to spend tremendous amounts of money for one. After finding this one and watching some reviews i bought it! When it arrived it was very well packaged which was very nice to see! The instructions for the build were very clear and helpful, it only took 5 minutes to put the turntable together and adjust the counter weight to proper spec! I was a little nervous due to the fact that the majority of turntables with built in speakers tend to not sound great, however this anxiousness quickly disappeared after spinning some vinyl! I was amazed by the amazing sound quality of this turntable. One potential flaw I could say is if you play it at almost max or full volume the needle might jump off the record. However could be fixed by adjusting the counter weight slightly to insure it won’t skip on high volume. Although make sure you turn the counter weight back to the factory spec 3.5g when playing it on lower volume to avoid record damage. I hope this review helps and sways some people into purchasing this product. 10/10 would recommend to enthusiasts and beginners alike!

This was purchased for my teenage daughter. The item was packaged well and was easy to setup, although setting up the arm to balance was a bit of a chore (watched a few videos to see if I was doing it correctly). We purchased the black colour unit and it looks amazing and well made. Once all setup, my daughter put on a record and I was pleasantly surprised from the sound it produced. She absolutely loved it. This is definitely a good purchase if your looking for a decent record player that has built in speakers. We also tested the Bluetooth function, it was easy to connect and works as expected. Although this is not a high-end record player, for the price, the look and the sound, this is a decent record player.
