Fantastic insoles with really supportive heal cup. Great value for money. Thin but supportive and really durable.

I was worried these insoles might be bulky in my 10 year old daughter's shoes. They are super thin, hardly noticeable and hopefully are doing their job with her flat foot problem. At least her arches are supported and her feet are not turning inside as they used to. She wore them straight through the day since we received them. She didn't need a "breaking in" period, which was great. No pain whatsoever ! I do recommend that you get just half a size larger shoes if you are to buy a new pair, but these will fit into any of your shoes as long as they are comfy and not too tight in the first place. Just make sure you order the right size of insoles. Great product !

I bought these insoles for Doc Martens Blaire Athena sandals as sadly, they’re designed for flat feet and have absolutely zero arch support. I was going to resell them until I decided to invest in these insoles and my goodness, have they been a godsend! I can now comfortably walk around all day and stand up teaching for hours with these insoles, they’re so comfortable!

Well made and what the podiatrist recommended for my low arch. Although I ordered my usual size, according to Superfeet fitting instructions, the heel area should be wider so that the heel does not overhang the insole. I will be going for a size 6 to 7 from now on.

I use these to help support arches and they work well in preventing knee pain. I’ve now four sets for shoes that don’t provide support well. I didn’t need four sets but it saves having to swap them over, not that that is an issue. Just lazy.

I'm still trying these, but initial impressions are favourable. As supplied they are over size, obviously, so have to be cut to fit. Straight out of the bow I walked 45km's on mixed surfaces and found these supported my feet OK...BUT I don't think they are as comfortable as the Carbon insoles from the same manufacturer, but they are not the same kind of insole, so direct comparison is unfair. Would I buy another pair? Not at the moment.

The heel cup relieves heel pain. It gives support too. Helpful for those who have overpronation and plantar fasciitis.

Owned Superfeet insoles for years but these were terrible and fell apart on first use. Cheap and poor built quality. Returned to Amazon for refund.

Good construction, but blue ones suit me better, much more support, better for flat feet like mine, i need a lot of support.
