Don’t hesitate, just buy and you’ll see, it’s the best!
This is the best pizza dough, I’ve tried making many different ones using various flours & methods, especially whilst teaching students in food tech lessons. This is by far the best flour, makes the most authentic Neapolitan and tastes devine. I used the same brand pizza sauce and was an instant winner with friends and family. We don’t usually roll the dough with vodka bottles, we just had to improvise that weekend, they still tasted amazing

This makes beautiful dough! And the pizza sauce is so good. We used the left over pizza sauce to make a pasta sauce a few days later - delicious!

Pizza kit
We loved this kit , it came with flour , yeast and tomato sauce . The recipe card that came with it is the one we use regularly now preferring it to others . Great kit for newbies starting and not sure what flour etc to use for making pizzas .

Arguablly the best flour in the world and the best tomatoes in the world, in one great value bundle. On top of all that dry yeast and a cracking recipe card which is fail safe. I had great results with my well fired base, light and fluffy on the inside and loaded with prawns and hot honey. My pizza game just went up a level!

Buy local
To be honest u can buy strong white flour elsewhere cheaper as there was no difference in taste , the tomato sauce was very bland so needed to add to it and the yeast was very slow acting , so that’s why I gave it a 3 star , go to ure local supermarket and ask the baker for some fresh yeast
