A good read.
Very informative. Good explanations with pics to get good form and good results. It has exercises for both beginners and the more advanced. Well worth the money.

Simple and easy to follow descriptions and images. Steps through a 30-day total body strengthening routine of different exercises that increase in challenge as you progress. New Kettlebell Workout Routines
Definitely some new and innovative methods of exercising with using kettlebells as opposed with dumbells

Great work out but was the editor a sleep or might of proof read on a Friday afternoon?
I hate to give 3 stars but there is some confusion in the work outs I think the editor missed. Iโm on day 26 and itโs great but in one work out they spell it out to a T and in the next youโre trying to figure out what they left out. Especially the Flows. And if you search flow workouts menโs health published an article why they donโt work? So hereโs a work out that is confusing to me? Usually it would say reps per side etc.

Great book. I workout in different ways and wanted to try Kettlebells for a change. love the simplicity and the book explains everything from biginner to novice and beyond. Great value and enjoying the new challenge. I use 15 20 and 35 lb bells and find the 35 the most used.
