16g - 8mm. I love it!!! It's so cute!! I love dogs and I had to get this helix earring!!! I will say, for beginners with helix, it is a bit of struggle to put on and I'm a beginner, lol.

I changed my score back to a five because customer service is beyond fabulous! They are even sending me out a new pair! Please remember, if you do purchase these absolutely adorable earrings they are delicate, but oh so cute!Earlier: I put them on and by the time I got in the car with my friend she told me one of the paw prints was missing and the other was 'hanging oddly" from my ear. I went to take it out and the paw print broke off and the post was in my ear with the back on it! The other earring was a mess. I pulled out the post with the backing- and dropped it! Never to be found. The paw print had broken off of the post just like the other one. I am returning one earring as a double return. We shall see if the reimburse me for the 2 earrings. Fingers crossed.

Love this thing. Fits good. Maybe get help putting it in I was about to cry I was getting so ill. The ones where you put the back on is easier some how. This one you put the front part on and screw in.

Super cute, but very hard to wear. The paw screws on to the FRONT is the post, which is an impossible angle to try solo, but once a friend help me get it on, it promptly fell out within two days, never to be seen again. For the time that I did wear it, it was comfortable, but the mechanics were definitely too cumbersome.

For me this was a little disappointing. It really didn't look like what the picture says it should look like and it absolutely killed my ears. Now to be fair, I do have sensitive ears. it was not as comfortable as i thought it would be, especially while sleeping. Why 4 stars if I couldn't wear it very long? Because the shipping was super fast, product was well packaged and that is important to me too.

This cartilage earring is extremely small. I lost the back part trying to insert it into my ear. Because it's so small I can not find it now so I won't be able to wear it

I bought these to wear as a regular pair of earrings. Although I misread the description, failing to realize it was a 1 pack, I quickly bought a second one and waited not so patiently.I bought these mainly because they are flat back, screw on, and cute! A lot of the reviews I had read stated problems with them coming unscrewed. Well I am here to say I have not had that happen ONCE! If you are having this problem please make sure you are screwing them on tight! This means, holding the back with one hand, and screwing the front with the other (or having someone help you.Truly my favorite earrings so far! So comfortable and I no longer have to worry about a push-back falling off randomly or stabbing me in my sleep.
