I ordered this pillow as I'm fed up of constantly having neck and shoulder pain when waking up on our flattened out pillows. I'm a side sleeper and have very wide shoulders (used to be a swimmer) and all the normal pillows are just so uncomfortable! I either end up having to tuck the pillow under itself to double the height which makes it hard and uncomfortable or my shoulder is just squashed. This pillow is honestly amazing!!! I was a bit hesitant due to the price but gave it a go and omg it's fabulous. The tiny memory foam blocks are extremely comfy, and I LOVE that it's adjustable so you get extra padding or can take some out! This should be a standard practice really. 😅 What you see in the picture is the absolute full capacity with the additional filling. It looks huge but it squashes down into comfy heaven when you lie down on it. The cover is removable which is fantastic and feels lovely on the skin, has a normal and a cooling side which does actually make you feel cool. Best purchase of the year! 🥳

This is our third pillow now. I bought one to try out and was instantly impressed with the quality. The outer cover is very high quality with a bamboo side and a cool side which is noticeably cooler to the touch. The single pillow comes with a separate bag of foam strips to add to the filling to customise it to your preference, the double pillows only come with one bag also and not a bag per pillow which was a tad disappointing. I used about half a bag extra in mine, but my wife and daughter have not added any. To there is an outer cover, then an inner zipped cover to allow adding of foam if required. I found the pillow soft yet very supportive. Sleep quality is definitely better, and the biggest thing is I have had NO new pillow issues, usually it takes a few days to adjust, this pillow was instantly better from the get go. Highly recommend for the price.

When the box arrived, it was so heavy I thought I had the wrong order. However, having removed the pillows and allowed them to settle, they felt soft but substantial. There’s a soft side and a cool side and last night I slept very well on the cool side. I’m a side/ front sleeper and this type of pillow was recommended and they weren’t wrong. It took a short while to get used to the different shape and feel of the pillow but I had a comfortable sleep. They come with an extra bag of filling in case it’s needed but the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because I think they should provide an extra resealable empty bag as there is nowhere to put the filling from the pillow in case you need to reduce its size. I also think additional covers should be available for when they are being washed. Not a major concern however but it would be very useful.

Brilliant. Resolved so many issues. This also is also softer and more supportive than a normal memory foam as it’s shredded. Usually they are too firm for me as a side sleeper and hurt my ears. This is perfect and came with additional foam if needed or can be removed to make shallower. The cooling side does work and has helped in the hot weather. The shape is perfect for my neck and shoulders. No more pain! I only need one pillow now. This one! Worth it!! I left it over 24hrs to gain its shape and puff up. There was a slight smell on opening but this completely dissipated once the pillow had been left as per the instruction in cool shaded area. As said I’m a side sleeper and have had no problems.

Beautiful quality pillow. You receive an extra bag of filling to add should a firmer feel be wanted :The inner pillow has a side zip which opens to add this or, in my case take some out as I found it slightly too high for my neck as it was. Even the outer washable cover is nicely textured and of good quality. I have previously found memory foam type pillows to be too hot, but the filling in this one is chopped up and fluffy rather than being a solid slab of foam ,so is much more breathable and the cover is a cooler quality material. The pillow arrives in a vacuum packed roll..be careful when using scissors to open: that you dont cut into the actual pillow. It does smell on first opening..I left mine for two days (rather than the 24 hours advised) and kept puffing it up now and again before using and the smell does go completely. I treated myself to some 500 thread count Egyptian cotton pillowcases (also via Amazon) ..Queen size fitted nicely..to go with the pillow and the result was luxurious and comfortable Highly recommend and worth the extra money that you might usually pay for a pillow.

I’ve had this pillow for a few weeks now and absolutely love it. It’s not cheap and not hugely expensive however, in my opinion it’s worth every penny. It comes with additional filling for added thickness if needed. I needed less so withdrew some over a period of nights until it felt right for me. To be honest, I probably have enough spare to make another. It’s really well made with strong zippers. The shape is smart and supports my head and neck really well. I’m not tossing and turning to get comfortable anymore. I just snuggle into that pillow and I’m away. Of the ‘cool’ and ‘soft’ sides, my preference is the ‘cool’. Can’t thank the designers enough. Honestly very pleased with my purchase.

The fabric becomes rough and pills after short term use, you can feel it putting a lot of strain on your hair. It is easily stained and washing it hasn't removed it. The “cooling” side of the pillow is only cool for like 20 seconds and then gets really hot. My experience with the pillowcase hasn't been the best but everything else has been decent, like the memory foam is comfortable. SKYNY also has good customer support and helps to resolve issues.

Brilliant pillow, soft but not too soft, it doesn’t hurt my ear or jaw. The shape is just right, I’ve been using a v pillow which is a lumpy and not as comfy. Thickness is just right, like the cool side as well I’m a hot sleeper so that comes in handy.

Ich suche schon seit Ewigkeiten ein geeignetes Kopfkissen für mich. Die gekauften Kissen verschenkte ich oder habe ich zurück geschickt. Zu weich, zu hart, zu unbequem. Dieses Seitenschläferkissen ist für mich perfekt. Man kann es nachfüllen, was mir sehr zu Gute kommt. Ich habe lange nicht mehr so bequem und ohne Nackenschmerzen geschlafen. Für mich eine klare Empfehlung. Ob es kühlt, weiß ich nicht, jedenfalls merke ich davon nichts. Was allerdings für mich unwichtig ist.

L'idée de retirer et remettre en fonction de ses préférences la mousse a mémoire de forme est super. Par contre le tissu n'est vraiment pas froid, c'est même presque désagréable et retient les mauvaises odeurs, contrairement au coton.

klare Empfehlung, würde es wieder kaufen. Mir war zu viel Füllung im Kissen. Diese ist aber schnell entfernt und somit für jeden anpassbar.

Ils sont beaucoup plus grands et gros qu'annoncés !!! Et ils sentent trés fort !!! Trés déçue !!!
