Molybdenum works wonders on Me!
I 1st heard about Moly vía Tiktok. It's supposed to be great for your kidneys and what not. Idk 🤷♀️ if it's doing anything to my kidneys but I have noticed an increased in my mood stability. I luv this. It reminds me back in the days when I used to take St John's Wort as an antidepressant. I tried taking 2 capsules, it did nothing, 4 capsules, I kind of felt something. Then I took 6 capsules another day and wow 👌 I bought more from this brand later.

Use for wine and beer
We take this while drinking wine. It is supposed to help the body convert sulfites into sulfates or something like that. Heard it on talk radio show. Seems to work. No next morning headaches. Who knows

great price and Amazons choice BUT DOES NOT WORK. Only "seeking Health" brand has worked.
I have bought a few brands from Amazon and only one brand works for me; that is "Seeking Health" brand. Specifically, Seeking Health brand Molybdenum GlycinateChelate (Albion) I developed an allergy to sulfites after taking a "sulfa-type antibiotic. I try to avoid foods with added sulfites, but they occur naturally in some foods. Some MOLYBDENUM compounds can remove sulfites from the body. I can tell very clearly which brand actually works
