I purchased the Samsung M5 monitor last year based on my brother's recommendation. Positive: The color accuracy is exceptional, and the screen clarity is impressive, with deep, rich dark tones. The split-screen feature is fantastic for multitasking, and there are no light reflections, making it comfortable to use. The brightness control is outstanding, and the sound quality is surprisingly good. It’s versatile enough to serve as both a monitor and a TV. Overall, it provides excellent value for money, especially when compared to other non-smart monitors of smaller sizes that are more expensive. Negative: That said, there are a few downsides. The screen cannot be rotated to a vertical position, which limits its usability for certain applications. The refresh rate could also be better, as I noticed some glitching in the ball movement while watching cricket. Overall, it's a solid option for both work and entertainment.

This product is good if you use it as Smart TV. But i see only one issue if i use this as a Monitor and was on Microsoft Teams video call and my colleague was on screen share and visibility was not very clear and I took Screen short that was also not clear. Same i took with laptop it was very clear.. other then this rest all super..

Never had a disappointment in the product till now product is worth the buy….32inch black monitor for my bedroom for random activities:watching screen mirroring….speakers are good for my room…..and smart monitor 🤌🏼soo good

Not working properly. No clarity on screen. As a monitor it is totally unfit. Applied for return and amazon is making me go round and round. Never buy

This moniter is an outstanding product and also you can use as instead of TV. Good quality Good sound and good service provided by Samsung any time. You can buy this moniter for your personel computer as well as use for Tv.

I returned the Samsung M5 27” as the back was overheating (had a slight burning smell of plastic too!) , there was a noticeable lag and I felt that the picture quality was also not great (clear). After getting the comparable LG MyView 27” (which was also around 16k/-) I’m happy I did so. The previous issues mentioned above are no longer there and my conclusion is that LG is overall a better monitor maker. Samsung maybe better at TVs. I do think the remote is better on the Samsung as the LG one is very flat so you always have to look instead of feeling the remote and gauging. The speaker may have also been slightly better on the Samsung but doesn’t make too much difference for me.

A little pixelated display if it is used as a second monitor. Otherwise smooth and great for watching OTT
