Don't know if I'd call it a massager - But a great little unit.
If you like TENs units then you will like this. Not sure if really a massager, but definitely will relax muscles. The pads pivot nicely to conform to my neck, just make sure you have a good contact to your skin. Definitely a lot easier to use than the "sticky" pads on traditional TENs units. The magnetic remote is nice as pretty strong attraction so you don't loose the remote. The "modes" and intensity selection takes a bit of getting used to, but, if familiar TENs units it is a quick learning curve. Maybe a suggestion to R&D is to have a way to visualize the selections vs. having to tap thru selections. Can adjust from very light to very strong pulses. Overall very effective and definitely helps in relaxing the neck.

Great TENS product!!!
Awesome product! I will start by saying this is not a massager, it is an ENS/TENS device. Knowing that is important. I have tried others TENS devices and I prefer this one by far for the neck. I tried all of the settings. It has great features and options. With TENS units, the positioning on your neck is very important. YOU NEED TO TRY THE DIFFERENT SETTING AND INTENSITY to get it adjusted to your comfort and preference. If it feels like it is burning or electrifying you, try a different setting. I also tried positioning it in different way. It needs to have good contact on your neck. I found it helpful in several different positions. I am a teeth clencher and my neck is tight at the base of my skull. I found it very relieving to position the ends on the sides of my cheeks. It gave great contact on my neck and the heat on the ends felt amazing on my jaw. The remote is magnetic and attached to the device. I am very impressed.

YEOWCH! Be careful of the neck contact pads!
My wife wanted me to try this device---early Papa's Day gift---and I quickly discovered that it was like a tens unit, without the sticky pads. My neck issue is not tired, sore muscles, it is neurological in nature (severe spinal stenosis that compresses my spinal cord, and impinges nerve roots in my right neck & shoulder), so this device is useless to alleviate my pain... Also, I have a fairly thick neck (the young lady in the pic on the device box has the neck of a gazelle, so, for her, it must be comfortable to use), and the side pads were compressing my carotids on both sides, making me feel woozy...when I tried to gently pull the device side pads apart to relieve the pressure, I inadvertently caused one of the contact pads to lose contact on the back of my neck---and it felt like I got tasered on my neck, the shock was so bad! And the same thing happened to my wife when she put it on---she shrieked when the pad lost contact on her neck!!! 😳⚡ SO...to say that this device is not for me/us is a mega-understatement...anyone looking to purchase any device like this one (or others), be advised that it is for MUSCULAR neck pain only---and for Pete's sake, do NOT adjust it on yer neck when the device is ON!!! Turn it OFF before you touch it!!! 🫣😱

Edit - Wasn't the biggest fan at first but it does ok now
EDIT ---- I've had the device a couple more weeks and have a better understanding how to use the item. I've increased my review from 3 - 4 stars since I've found a setting that better satisfies my needs of the device. (The strength in particular) The heat in general is suffice (still would like it better) but with the adjustment of settings one can utilize with the electrostatic functionality, it has helped me numerous times if I had a stiff neck. The item arrived overnight per Prime shipping. The item was securely packaged as one would expect. The item self seems to be produced per normal standards. The remote is attached to the side of the device via a magnet. Speaking of the remote, I'm not sure why one would use it since on the opposite side of the device are another set of buttons to change the settings and power the device. A short USB Type C cable was provided for charging which worked fine. My problem with the device is the lack of heat. It does provide heat but it isn't a heating pad type of heat so I'm unsure if it'd help enough when there are strained neck muscles etc. The electrostatic feature also seems to work but I am not familiar enough with that type of therapy to know the benefits or detriments. I've had the device for approximately a couple weeks and to me, it probably is overpriced for MSRP lists.

Very, very nice device!
I had surgery on my neck years ago and have damaged areas, so I am getting quite a bit of use out of this. It feels like a TENS device with really good settings but is much easier to use. First let me go over some of the specs. It’s charged via USB, has controls both via a remote and on the side of the device. It has a number of modes. It has a heat function. It is lightweight and of substantial construction. It is easy to use because the contacts are built into the device and it slips on like a half-collar. If you don’t use heat the charge lasts a LONG time. With heat you’ll have about 50 minutes. It charges in a few hours. It has settings that are called various things, like shiatsu, tapping and cupping, but I just did trial and error and found one that has a combination that works well for me. It can be set so it’s pretty intense, so start low. I very much enjoy this kind of TENS stimulation as it relaxes my neck. I keep it by my computer and use it daily. It is small and easy to use and there is no complicated set-up to deal with. That makes it much more accessible than other devices where I have to deal with cords, wires or sticky contacts. This means I use it often. Anything big and complicated, well, it tends to sit and collect dust. This is the opposite. This feels high-quality and is comfortable in my neck. The only thing I would ask for is an on/off on the remote. You can use the remote for everything else, but not on/off. Also, make sure the contacts are in good “contact” with your neck or you’ll get what feels like static electricity. If you feel that just turn off and reposition. I’m very happy with this item.

Okay but needs improvement
I like this unit somewhat but it needs some improvement. First what I like. It is lightweight and easy to travel with. I like the remote as well. You can control the intensity from the remote. What I do not like is that you have to hold it flat against your neck to get the best treatment. Otherwise it will sting from not making good contact. It helps with my muscle tension in my neck somewhat but I prefer my Stim unit since I can move the placement and I do not need to hold it.

Next generation of neck pain relief from Comfier!
On my a few of last visits to a physical therapist, he used a TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulator) to relieve the pain on my lower back. TENS a non-invasive pain relief mechanism that uses low-voltage electrical current delivered through the skin to stimulate nerves to release endorphin and reduce pain feeling. Basically, the physical therapist put a device that includes multiple electrodes on my back near the pain source through which the electrical impulses. My lower back feels tingling of different degree which is because of the electric current is transmitted to my nerve through the skin. My back feels substantially better after a few treatments, and I was very impressed by the pain reducing effect by TENS, after each run of 15-20 min. Last week on a whim I searched in Amazon to see if there are TENS massagers available. I came across this Comfier TENS which is designed to reduce the pain on the neck. Today almost everyone who works before a computer has neck pain. I decided to pull the trigger and give it a shot. After having used this device for 3 days my conclusion is that this TENS from Comfier has exceeded my expectation. The Comfier TENS functions appear to have 5-6 modes including tapping, cupping, scraping, shiatsu, acupuncture, etc., the intensify of each can be adjusted through tapping the “+” or “-“ button on the remote. My sweetest intensity is about 10 (when the device is on, the intensity is the lowest, so by 10 I mean I click “+” 10 times), and at such an intensity my skin is tingling but not very painful. The real beauty about TENS is that my neck feels so good one hour after one run, probably because endorphin releases in a delayed manner after use. It appears that when the TENS is on, the two electrodes are also heating, which adds to extra benefit of improving blood circulation on the neck. It also appears that the two tips of device also have heating feature, which can be run simultaneously or separately from the nerve stimulation function.

Amazing Relief – My New Favorite Device!
The portable size is perfect, battery lasts a long time, and it’s surprisingly powerful yet quiet. Multiple intensity levels let me customize it exactly how I need. After just a few uses, my posture feels better and headaches are way down. Super easy to use and well-built.
