I’ve been using this stroller for a while now, and it has exceeded my expectations in terms of build quality, comfort, and convenience. It’s lightweight, easy to fold, and perfect for daily use. I initially had a minor issue with the front wheel, but I’m genuinely impressed by the company’s prompt response. Their customer service team was courteous, efficient, and quickly resolved my complaint. They sent a replacement front wheel without any hassle, and everything is working perfectly now. Product is excellent ( sturdy and cosy for the baby ). Customer support is fantastic !! After around 1 year of use, the front left wheel's axle bearing broke due to rough handling. I reached out to Customer Care and my case was handled by Salma Yasmin who promptly responded to my concern and advised me for placing an order for a wheel replacement. The order was shipped and delivered on time; packaging was proper as well. The stroller is now as good as new. Thank you !!
