Fabulous icepack. It has top and bottom velcro straps to ensure it doesn't move. But the best part is it has a soft side for directly placing on the leg as well as a vinyl side to use over pants to ensure the cold gets through.

These ice packs have been a total game-changer for my son, who deals with Osgood-Schlatter from sports. As an active athlete, he’s always pushing hard, and the knee pain can really flare up. These ice packs fit his knees well and provide consistent cold compression that really helps reduce swelling and discomfort after practices and games. I like that they’re easy to wrap on and stay in place, so he can move around a bit while icing instead of being totally stuck. The material feels comfortable against the skin, and they’re durable enough to use again and again without falling apart. Overall, these have made recovery days much better and faster for him. If you’re dealing with knee pain or athletic soreness, they’re worth having on hand.

The straps help hold the ice pack in place and it covers all the needed areas sufficiently. The size of the ice pack also makes it useful for other areas like the back. It is a little difficult to put on with an injured shoulder. I also found that it was heavier than I expected it to be, which could be a concern for an extra sore shoulder. To avoid the strain of a heavier pack, I found that a Ziplock bag with ice and paper towel was lighter, but not as effective in providing complete coverage. The shoulder pack stays cold for about 20 minutes, which is less than the bag of ice.

This ice pack is awesome. I recently underwent shoulder surgery to repair a torn labrum and ice has been my savior. This pack is perfect for my shoulder as it perfectly covers all areas that need the ice. 10 out of 10. Fits great, stays cold for a while, and it is a gel pack so its flexible

This ice pad is so efficient for shoulder and back pain. We had to watch a few videos to actually put it on correctly but once on it stays put! It stays sufficiently cold and covers a large area of your back!

The Velcro straps hang up on things as well as each other. Once on is great product for knee

Actually purchased this for an ankle injury, knowing that I’ll be able to use this for a lot of different areas on the body. I also love the straps! It’s extremely versatile and comfortable. You don’t have to worry about readjusting it stays put. I appreciate the different sides that you can use. One side is colder than the other, which is helpful. Have already used this multiple of times.

Because it has a sleeve to put arm in, it does not slip around or fall off when wearing. I can wear it around the house no problem.

I have tendinitis and with frozen shoulder I was just putting on ice packs when I came across this. I thought I’d try. It would definitely recommend it. I like that you can secure it and just leave it on as opposed to keep moving ice packs can’t beat the price if you have any type of shoulder pain you need this.
