This is hands down the best value I’ve found for lactase pills. It’s the cheapest option I’ve seen for this dosage and quantity, and it works great. The tablets are tiny — the smallest lactase pills I’ve ever used — which makes them super easy to take. This is an update after a 2nd bottle. I ordered my 1st bottle a few months ago, and left a negative review. They were too thick and uncomfortable to swallow so I went back to another kind in a different shape. This time though, the kind I usually get had increased in price by $10! It was so outrageous that I decided had to suck it up and buy these again. Somehow, THIS time, the tablets are half the thickness they were the last time! They are indeed way to swallow now, as they claimed. I posted a photo the 1st time and also this time so you can see the difference in the thickness of bottle 1 and 2. Hopefully they have revamped the mold and they are always this thin now. I will continue to purchase these, unless my next bottle is thick again, in which case I'll update my review a 3rd time. Lol. Hopefully that won't happen! I ordered this large bottle this time instead of a 6 pack of smaller bottles I've been ordering. It saved me a cpl of dollars so I thought it was worth a try. On the product pages it says "easy to swallow", however I'm finding these much more difficult to swallow than the longer, thinner varieties. They are round but also fairly thick. I have to take at least 2 at a time and these are rubbing against my throat when I swallow even 1 at a time. It's making my throat irritated and not feeling worth it for drinking my coffee. I'm disappointed that I decided to spend my $32 on this kind, and wish I'd spent $34 on what I'd been getting before.

This did the trick for me. I was getting really bad chest pains due to trapped gas. I thought that me being lactose intolerant was a possibility. I have been using this product for weeks and all my symptoms are gone. I would recommend this product for everyone.

Works just as well as name brand pills. The only issue I have with them is that they don't have much of a coating so they can be a little difficult to swallow. Would definitely purchase again
