I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I’ve ordered off Temu , Shein and Walmart and NONE compares to Amazon Resistance Bands. If you’re looking for a sturdy, durable, and lightweight material for workouts this is it . It comes with a carry bag so you’re able to take it anywhere and exercise. There’s different resistant for each band so you can add or minus your resistance while training . Great for building muscle and toning. Same results as dumbbells/weights. Comes with a workout plan for upper body, lower body , back , core etc . Ideal for women and men . I forgot to mention delivery was swiftly, came the next day . I also brought so protein powder off Amazon. Some protein powder are even SNAP ELIGIBLE. I give this product 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. If this product was just a little cheaper, many people won’t be so quick to buy the other products due to price . If you looking to make one purchase, the right purchase this is the one DONT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING OTHER PRODUCTS BUY THIS ONE !!

If you want to buy just one set, this one is great. After having babies, I needed something to strengthen the insides of my thighs. This has helped a lot so far. I love how the ankle straps are really comfortable and they give 2 for if you want to use both legs at one go. So far I've only really used the green and red one as the others are too weak or too strong for my preference. I'm not upto the stage where I add more than one together so I can comment on that. My therapist told me to strengthen my back muscles and they gave me one of those rubber stretch bands. I prefer this black stretcher they have included. It is easy and comfortable to hold and it is a great tightness. I definitely recommend this set to anyone who wants a kind of all in one.

These have been perfect for daily use. Various tensions and they have clips and a handles to use. Definitely a good value

Had for some time now. No complaints. Good product.

Originally I had given these bands a bad review because after about two months of normal use, one developed a tear. But then something interesting happened: I spoke to the company and got a great customer service response. The broken band was replaced right away! The other bands have been working great, and I have some even older ones from this company that are still going strong. So I think I just had a fluke with that one band. I'm glad it was resolved so easily, because other than that one incident, I love these things. After a rotator cuff injury, it took me a long time to feel safe enough to do exercises again, and these bands were a perfect re-introduction to get me moving. The multiple sizes mean you can work your way up gradually--and the multiple handles (and ankle straps) mean you have a ton of versatility in how you use them. And they are so much cheaper than gym fees (or buying weights for yourself)!

purchased a resistance band set intending to enhance my home workout routine. Initially, I was excited about the variety of bands included and the versatility they offered. However, my experience has had its ups and downs. Setup and Usability The setup for the bands was relatively straightforward. I appreciated the clear instructions and the included attachments, making it easy to incorporate them into various exercises. The bands felt comfortable to use and seemed to provide a decent range of resistance for my workouts. Performance Over Time However, after a few months of regular use, I've started to have concerns about the durability of the bands. While they performed well initially, I began to notice slight wear and fraying on some of them. This has made me uneasy, as I'm worried they might snap during a workout, which could lead to injury. Versatility On the positive side, the bands are versatile, making them suitable for both men and women. They allow for a range of workouts, from strength training to flexibility. I appreciated how easy it was to increase or decrease resistance by using different bands. Value While the price point is reasonable for a set of resistance bands, the durability issues somewhat detract from the overall value. If they don't hold up over time, the investment feels less worthwhile. Conclusion In summary, my experience with this resistance band set has been mixed. The 3-star rating reflects my satisfaction with the initial setup and versatility, but the concern over durability is a significant drawback. If you choose this set, just be cautious and monitor the bands for any signs of wear to ensure a safe workout experience.

Bought these to help my son with strength training for baseball as well as to change up my own workout routine every so often. Needless to say they did not disappoint. My son went from being in the bottom 1/4 of the team in arm strength to the top 4 in about a month. Started out with the minimum 10 pound and worked up to 20 using some of the exercises included on the sheets as well as ones we found online. The bands themselves are made of durable rubber and easily take up to the repetitive motion stress we put them to. We've secured them on fences, around posts, and stood on them without any damage occur to the tube or the grips. I've used them to change up my chest, arm, and leg workout and haven't felt a burn like that in quite some time. The ability to clip on my weight without having to swap handles greatly speeds up my transitions while working out. They worked so well that I bought a pair for my neighbor as he kept stealing mine! On our way to beach ready thanks to these bands! I HIGHLY recommend them.

As advertised and the bands work great for the quick workout at home, you can hook more than one band together to increase the resistance and fits the door like advertised, just make sure the door closes all the way, you don’t want to get whacked with door if it doesn’t shut all the way, putting the band holder in the door by the hinges is kind of tough if you have short arms, but you will not be disappointed with this item,

Low quality, no resistance, do not match the weight.

As advertised works well.

It's nice product easy to use and it's durable. high in quality using for many month.
