This was sad. I bought 3XL when I normally use 2XL, couldn't get I to close around my belly. I wish I could return it because of how disappointing it was to try it on, even though I know it's gross to return underwear.

Great fit, "pouch has a fly so it does not need to be removed for bathroom use.

The pouch sits about a quarter of an inch too low to be optimal and it's a little tight. The pouch works for me without a cage, but with a cage on the entire pouch will be way off. The cut at the hips is way off! If I wore this all day with a job sitting down I would be a bit concerned about it cutting off blood flow. The material is also just a bit excessively tight all around.Just a suggestion for the manufacturer: when you're designing things like this start by designing it like you would for a woman's body, or at least with the thought in mind that you're trying to shape a male body to look feminine. So some adjustments to seams and cuts is necessary otherwise the fit will be all wrong.
