very nice rod & reel!! worth buying!
bought this for our grandson for Christmas, so cant review how well it is when in use however by sight alone it looks like a really nice. the material used is excellent.husband has okuma rods for salmon & steelhead, he absolutely loves them. would highly recommend themthe seller is local to us which makes it nice when we want other things. his store is well stocked and everyone is very helpful . cant go wrong buying this set or anything really from this seller

Good back up or starter
Nice economy combo. Doesn't look like the picture. It has a full cork handle. Cheep guides on the rod, but a good back up or starter steelhead rod.

Good rod for the money
This rod was a perfect light action size for the girlfriend. Switched line to a 10LB braid and casts great plenty of strength and flexibility

1st cast and rod snapped……
Okuma usually makes quality stuff but this combo is a piece of garbage. Using 6lb test and 1/2oz top water popper and rod snapped on very first cast. I bought 2 and not holding my breath on the second setup….

Carrete incompleto
El paquete llegó en en muy buen estado, el artículo limpio sin deformidades, sin embargo, el carrete no trae el tapón de seguro de la manivela, esto impide que yo pueda hacer uso del carrete pues la manivela se safa de su lugar con mucha facilidad, incluso por gravedad se cae.Pediría el cambio del producto pero realmente compré el artículo por la vara y no dispongo del tiempo para hacer los trámites del cambio...
