At first I didnt really like these but now that I have used it for awhile I really like them and can go 3 days without washing my hair if I want to (I usually do 2 days) without a oily look. You also do not have to use alot of it. My hair is about 2" below my shoulder and I use 1 1/2 pumps of both the shampoo and conditioner.

~☆REAL REVIEW HERE!!!!!!! ☆~I'll start by saying I don't have ticktock, nor do I watch. I stumbled across this shampoo in grocery stores and have always been curious, Amazon had it on sale so I took the chance.WOW is all I can say!!!!! I have baby fine thin hair, psoriasis flare ups at times. This shampoo did not make my scalp or hair miserably dry!!!! I have tried SOOO MANY brands including nexxus ( over drys my hair, the conditioner SUCKS) .I allowed this condition to soak for about 3 minutes and I'm shook, it's actually SOFT!!!!!!!4 STARS bc the "grapefruit" honestly doesn't smell good at all. To me it smells like a cheap dollar store perfume. Thankfully it's light so the fragrance doesn't seem to stick around for long!

This is a long review but please stick with me.The most important thing you need to know about sulfate free shampoo and conditioner is that you do have to put in a little more effort on cleansing your scalp. I find using a scalp brush works great. I simply lather my hair and work the scalp brush through my hair at the scalp. It feels good and leaves my scalp feeling very clean and looking clean. You can find scalp shampoo brushes on Amazon for good prices.I started using sulfate free shampoo and conditioner because I have suffered from itchy, oily scalp my entire life. My scalp and skin would itch and burn. I'd have red marks on my face after washing my hair. It was horrible.I was using another big name brand of sulfate free shampoo and conditioner but my hair looked and felt like straw. It had no life at all and just looked really bad. But, my scalp wasn't oily, itching and didn't burn so I kept using it thinking the way my skin felt was more important than how my hair looked. My skin was less irritated and itchy as well. One time when I was washing my hair, I felt like there was too much hair in my hands. My entire hands were full of hair. I was not okay with losing so much hair so I started looking for a new brand.I found Monday hair care on Amazon and the reviews were pretty good. I decided to give the moisturizing shampoo and conditioner a try. My hair looked so shiny and luxurious the very first time I used this shampoo and conditioner. It was like using a high end product. My scalp is not itching or burning and I don't find it oily either. I just ordered the clarifying because I do tend to have oily scalp so I want to give it a try. I also have issues with strong perfume smells. I cannot stand overly perfumed products and I find the scent of the moisturizing version very pleasant. A little flowery and a little sweet but very nice. I'm so happy I gave this product a try.

Definitely not a full 12oz. The bottle arrives only 2/3 full.Haven’t used it yet but that alone is a reason not to buy again

Love the pink bottles. This was a good shampoo and conditioner. It didn't make my scalp itchy and my hair was soft from it. I would buy those again.
