Update: FIVE STARS to the customer service help team! They were able to get my device back up and running. When the device hadn't been working, I sent an email to the customer service at the email provided in the booklet (Astarexin <[email protected]>). They helped me figure out the issue! They had me remove the plug from up nearest the device, then check the controller to see if it worked. It did. Then I connected it back to my red light pad and it's WORKING AGAIN!! And now I know that my device comes with a one year warranty, which I hadn't previously known. Very excited to have the pad working again and for their great customer service!! ___ I love this device and have been using it almost daily, but now while plugged in all I see is the "off" word blinking and it will not turn on. I received it back in March. I'm very sad that it has only lasted 3 months.

Item was received on 02/07/2025. As of 04/15/2025 only 3 rows of lights will work consistently. This was my second one of these. The first did not operate properly from the start, that one was returned and this one is the replacement. I am very disappointed in this product. The return window closed on 03/08/2025 so I am stuck with this broken piece of garbage. Will not purchase anything from the company that manufactured this item ever again. After my initial review the company contacted and informed me that they became aware of the defect in their product. They made improvements to negate the issues and sent me an updated version. So far it is performing flawlessly. I have to say it is refreshing to have a company stand behind their product and go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I will not hesitate to purchase from them again. I give my thanks to them and rerate the product and company with 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s.

I have been using this for my ankle pain, hip pain, and shoulder pain. All arthritic issues. It has been amazing that after about 2 weeks of use each day, I am pain free for days or weeks. Some times I go back to the ankle or knee and do another day or two, and the pain is gone again. After doctors telling me there was nothing I could do for the ankle pain, I felt like I had nothing to lose by trying the red light therapy. And it works!!! When I awake at 6AM I just grab the pad put it in place, turn it on for 30 minutes, cover it so I can't see the red light and go back to sleep. So easy.

I loved this light pad, but after sparing use of no more than once per week the power button stopped working and the screen just continuously says off. I would have bought a more expensive brand name one if I'd have known I was going to get so little use out of it.

9 months and its still being used regularly. Definatly happy with choosing the larger size. Circulation improves as long as it's used 1-2 times daily. Keeps me warm while trying to lower cholesterol and reduce pain from post surgery. Skin is glowing and wrinkles are lessoned (didn't have much to begin with). Great substitution for driving to the spa beds for the lights.

Works but you need to be careful when moving it around, the wire inside is disconnected and it goes on and off depending on how it's placed on you UPDATE: 3/19/2025 from 2 stars to 5 stars I was contacted by the company saying that they would like to replace the product since I had issues with it. I did not contact them and was willing to get a new one hopefully this being better than the 1st one I bought. After receiving the new one I noticed that it was the same unit BUT with upgrades. The controller was new and easy to read compared to the older one. The biggest upgrade was the actual instructions and how to use the handheld device. See the 1st unit I bought did not explain how the features worked and with little explanation on how to and I emailed the company numerous times to have them explain what each feature was and never received anything back. This updated version gives you a DETAILED explanation of the remote and breaks down how to use each section which the 1st one did not. The 1st one had heat issues and I got burned twice after testing the new one I was able to see they fixed that issue as well. The latest version is much better and I would buy from them again knowing that they figured out the problems and fixed them and wish to have their customers happy. I'm happy with the new one and hope that their customer service keeps up the good work.

Sometimes you wonder why something like this was not brought to the market a long time ago, but now I am happy that we can buy something like this for treatment of pain and health needs. My doctors do not know a lot about red light therapy yet, but advised me that they saw nothing wrong with giving this a try to relieve pain in my body wherever that pain was. Since I started to using a number of these red light therapy devices I am managing my pain better and am happy that I have these devices to help me as an older retired man. Give it a try, I think you will like these therapy devices also. Make sure you follow directions for their use and do not over do them thinking if little really helps me then a lot will help me even more. Stay within the time and number of recommended uses and all should be good. Use them as they are designed to be used and you will mostly likely find a relief of pain and potentially even a healing power of these devices.

The Amazon advertisement, and the instruction book that I received with the product, are contradictory to how the seller says the product is supposed to work, concerning how the frequencies function. According to the seller, the product has been updated, but the Amazon ad and the product instructions book have not been updated to the new product. Feedback from the seller made me realize that there is an intermittent problem with the unit. Sometimes, the unit controller says ON, but no lights are showing. Manufacturer says NIR (which is invisible) is only works when pulsing, so I was wasting my time, using it when I thought it was in NIR mode. Seller initially offered me a $10 credit which I rejected, as I want a working unit. They then wanted me to send video evidence of the defect, and if I did, they would send me a unit that had been returned by another customer .... they said it SHOULD be ok. NO THANKS. I will return the unit to Amazon and purchase from another (hopefuly more reputable seller). I have neuropathy caused by my cancer treatments, and I actually believe it was helping, so I am disappointed in their customer service, and will start researching other products;
