Great comfort in various positions
What a great idea! It is so comfortable to watch or read iPad while sitting, leaning back on sofa or lying on bed. Arm is plastic but it is very sturdy and easy to adjust. It holds anything from small tablet to iPad no problem. Cushion is quite stable and can hold the tablet without tipping over easily. Cushion is filled with, I think, small beads like the neck pillow, and can conform to the leg, belly or table. You can also place it on the table or desk and provide good viewing height too.

WORTH IT, holds various devices
Update June 2025: I use this daily either to hold my phone (iPhone 16 pro max), kindle, or Nintendo Switch and it’s still really sturdy like new. I don’t change the bottom hinge position, only moving the “elbow” hinge and screen positioning. Highly recommend for its versatility! ~~~~ Original review: I was hesitant to buy it since some reviews mentioned a piece braking after 4-7 months of use, however I saw a good amount of reviews that said the company was great to work with. I am so glad I finally ordered one because it’s so comfortable to read with, holds my kindle no problem! Very easy to adjust the height and angle, and I figured if I don’t mess with it too much the bottom hinge should last (fingers crossed) so I mainly adjust the angle tilt.

Update to previous review
Bought this in April 2025. It is already broken. The plastic holder is too flimsy. Update: the seller contacted me regarding this review and offered a refund. I am buying this product again because he has showed me he is reputable and stands behind his product.

Good stand - not the best for people who move around and adjust body position frequently
Really love the idea of this. I wish there was a way to better distribute the weight so that it stays upright no matter my position. I find I still have to place a hand on the cushion part to keep it from falling backward while at the perfect angle for reading on my kindle. I also move and adjust a lot while I'm reading and that sets it off balance and tumbling to the floor if I'm not holding it steady. I like that it folds down to be more compact for travel and storage. Cushion is very soft to the touch and tablet holder works great. Overall, I prefer a holder with a floor stand so my constant moving around doesn't affect the steadiness.

GR8 Product
This product is great. It's comfy and feels like a bean bag on your lap. Your arms sit well on it and it's adjustable for comfort. The size is just right and the design is good as you can remove the cover to wash it. Easy to use and no assembly required. Highly recommend if you want to save your neck while being on your device.

Perfect for Hands-Free Reading!
This lap pillow is a game-changer for Kindle reading. It’s super comfy on my lap and the arm holds my Kindle in place at just the right angle. The arm adjusts easily, and the base is soft but supportive. Great for reading in bed, on the couch, or even while traveling. Love it!

Check your tablet size! But, amazing.
The only issue I have with this pillow is that it just barely fits my Kindle Scribe and I have to remove the case first. But if you have a smaller tablet this thing is amazing. The pillow is so soft and squishy - that makes it comfy to snuggle with while reading but also provides a little bit of fidget fun to keep my hands busy. The stand is sturdy and holds my tablet firmly once I get it in there. The adjustability is amazing, I can sit up/lie on my side/lie on my back/whatever and adjust it exactly where I want it to be. Combo this with a page turner and you have a very cozy set up for an afternoon of reading.

COMPARISON REVIEW with FIX
I purchased this Saiji lap pillow and the InnoGear brand to compare as both had different features I wanted. I ended up disassembling them and combining the features I wanted into one. It cost me, but was worth it! Hopefully my review will help both companies improve their product. First, the InnoGear has a larger pillow which is more stable which is needed to support weight of a tablet. The Saiji pillow is too small and would easily topple backwards if I did not hold the pillow down in the front. The InnoGear also has a semi hard top surface which also helps to maintain the shape and stabilize the unit. The Saiji is just too pillow like. Moreover, the InnoGear semi hard top is nice to rest your arms on. And it is a soft vinyl which is comfortable to the touch and could be wiped clean when it gets dirty. Whereas the Saiji would need to be taken apart and washed in the laundry. And the material looks like it would pill up after a wash. So, I’d rather not wash it. So the InnoGear wins in the pillow base comparison, but it looses on the tablet arm holder side. First, the mechanism arm that holds the tablet is overkill. It can extend very far from the lap pillow, which makes the unit topple and unstable. And I could not imagine a need to extend the tablet so far from your touch. After all, it a LAP pillow for a touch tablet. And when the arm is not extended, it sits in the middle of the top and is in the way of something you may want to set on the top… like a bowl of ice cream:) Finally, with the InnoGear arm, the tablet will only work in the landscape position. You can not move it into the portrait position. Which is why the Saiji win in the tablet arm holder comparison. The Saiji arm is small and sized for actual lap use. Moreover, you can adjust the tablet from portrait to the land scape position with a simple turn. There is also some play to move it forward or back. But best of all is that the base swivels. So there are abundant position possibilities. So… I removed the Saiji arm and installed it onto the InnoGear pillow base, and now I have the best of both worlds.

My absolute favourite purchase ever! I previously had a tripod stand, however I could change sides with it in a king size bed! I seen this and new I had to have it, I can lie down and have it hold my kindle above me and switch sides when needs be. It’s also nice to have on your lap when sat up and avoids neck cramp. This paired with the page turner remote is the ultimate lazy reader hack! I was put off by the price at first but I love the product so much I don’t regret it. I’ve had this some time now and the quality has been perfect. Still holding up great. The tiny beans are nice to fidget with too.
