The quality is great. I’m also a true size 3X (44 waist) right now, and the 3X fit me perfectly (second set of notches used).

Great belt and very durable. The padding is quite sufficient. The color of black is appealing. It provides great support and protection for your back.

I'm a 40in or less in the waist and I was amazed by how small the belt was for an xl. I did go for the thicker belt and read the size chart, but if you have some extra on the midsection get a 2xl for room to grow, just incase. I went with this brand because they have great quality.

Bought this for my husband because his old belt was coming apart after many years of use. This 4 inch belt is perfect for weight lifting and workouts. It is not a straight belt but has a curve up and around if you check out the picture. To get a true size for this belt, measure around you belly button, NOT your waist. He wears a 36 inch waist pant size. The measurement used was 40 inches at the belly button. We bought an extra large. There are plenty of buckle holes on either end to adjust accordingly. Check the size chart given to get what you need. Go one size up if you read it correctly. The belt is stiff but that is ok and it works for what he has to do, lifting weights, exercise and even yard work! This belt is a good buy.

Trés bonne ceinture qui maintient parfaitement les lombaires lors d'exercices dorsaux ou épaules etc.... Par contre lors de la commande les tailles n'étaient pas spécifiées, j'ai eu de la chance d'avoir pris grand, j'ai juste fait refaire des trous chez le cordonnier !

Gave this belt a try to see how I would like it and glad I did. Nice and supportive by being stiff and secure. Comfortable to wear with no pinch points and looks good!

bon produit trés bon maintient ceinture bien rigide. cependant faites attention a la taille mon ancienne ceinture etait un S je l'ai changer car elle était bien raper e me faisait mal aux cotes j'ai donc pris ce modele en S mais il est un peu juste il vaut mieux pour moi prendre M faites attention a cela il n'y a pas de detail pour les tailles
