Is it comfortable to wear? How is the material of the headset?

Thank you for your question. This headphones have a nice sleek design, they have padding straight in the center and then padding them around for your ear is nice.

Are these headphones multipoint? I like to listen to music on phone or computer and be able to seamlessly switch between devices.

They work great with the phone but I have not been able to figure out how to use them on my desktop. If you have a laptop I think it would be easier. Great buy imo.

can I use these wireless over ear headphones with my TV?

I think it would depend on your particular T.V. I have used these headphones with my IPhone, tablet, and laptop. My T.V isn't Bluetooth enabled so I can't try that. Because the other devices worked, I would assume it just depends on if your T.V supports Bluetooth or not.
