This is my best shredder so far. It let's you know when the basket is full, if it's too warm and handles several pieces of paper at the same time. Highly recommend!

Great shredder until it stopped working after 6 months. I was able to get in touch with the seller and they worked to get resolution and sending a new unit to me. Customer service is spot on! They updated their manual, so of you email customer support and don’t hear from them quickly, contact them through Amazon and they will resolve your issue.

So I've got a tried and true Royal cross cut shredder that I've had for over 20 years. After about 30 minutes it overheats and then we have to wait for 20 minutes while it cools off. This Frossvt shredder has yet to overheat and we've used it for hours. It's a workhorse. A bit pricy but so was my 20 year old shredder. I've had it for three months. We went thru the entire house and shredded almost everything older than 7 years (tax reasons), filled up trash bag after trash bag and this shredder kept working. It's much quieter and faster than my older shredder and is a breeze to empty. The clear window let's you know exactly when to empty the shredder. If you're balking at the price, don't. It's worth every penny.

I have been using the new shredder for several months now and it works great! Obviously the first shredder was defective. The seller of this product didn’t hesitate to assist me when I had problems with the first shredder and sent me a new one ASAP. Would definitely buy from the seller again. The seller of this product contacted me and worked with me to get a replacement shredder. I received the new shredder and so far so good, it is working and shredded items smoothly. Once I have used it more I will upgrade the stars if it proves to be worthy, but I definitely give customer service a star rating! So I bought the shredder at the end of October. Has been a very busy last few weeks and just sat down to use it for the first time today. As soon as I turn it on, it says that it’s overheated and won’t even shred one piece of paper. Unfortunately, I was over the 30 day return policy with Amazon so now I have to contact the actual company to see if they will honor the warranty. Has anyone else purchased the shredder and had the same issue?

The item is already used. I am not very happy , because I paid for a new one.

Works well. Shredded 12 big black trash can bags full of paper. Great product

This is the second shredder. The first one lasted two months, company replaced it, however it has now stop working temp and bin full sensor lights stay on, therefore, can't used it. I have been pleased works great. Now it is junk after a year. Never overheated the shredder, bin full often. Surprised, that after emptying the bin, both sensor eliminated red. No way to fix them. To bad as II sad I like the shredder.
