Just what I was looking for. Good and solid and arrived earlier than expected.

Good I like but everybody is a different height so have to adjust and use properly. Used more bungees or small caribeaners to adjust

Haven't been able to get to the gym for a while, so wanted to make my own lat pulldown / triceps pushdown pulley using a punch bag / chin up bracket that I'd previously bought from Amazon. So I bought cable, brackets, bolt and pulley wheel etc.. from Amazon including this anchor plate which is good for what I needed, though not what it's intended for. It's good value, well made and arrived very quickly, though I've deducted 1 star as it could have done with being a bit longer as I could only fit three 10kg plates on it and had to attach another bracket to enable me to use more weight. I've used them a few times now for both lat pulldowns and triceps pushdowns and find that up to now it's good for the job - the maximum weight I've had on it so far is 60kg without any problems.

It must have been a blind person with an IQ of 2 welding these. You can't really go wrong with making these types of things but they did, the one single thing they needed to do was keep the two bits of metal lined up (Straight), this was obviously too much brain power

Seller was kind and helpful also really good and easy product to use

I bought this for my son who is beginning his boxing training I set it up and there's no problems it's a good floor to ceiling ball.

Quick delivery and does the job!

Giving this a 4 star because. My fault for not getting a longer anchor belt hook (not sure if they do one?) I am pleased with the job I got it for. Probably worth a 5 stars tbh.
