I myself contacted the seller via their direct site. I made an account and made a claim and they issued a replacement part. Up to 4 stars for them issuing the part. Still keeping 1 star off because it was received used originally (though may be a fulfillment issue by Amazon) and for myself having to initiate the inquiry. Happy they helped however and like I stated below the product itself is great. Mixed review. The black bat came wrapped in plastic and brand new. The white bat was not wrapped and had obvious signs of use. Why would they send that out like a buyer would not notice. The bats seemed good quality. However the reviews about the grip tape are true. It seems like they have a piece of black rubber tape taped at the top of the grip tape to hold the grip tape from u wrapping. The grip tape will definitely undue and u can physically lift the wraps. Thinking about returning. I could have dealt with the grip tape but sending a used bat is just poor service.

Perfect for training! I use it with my 9-year-old grandson and also with my 34-year-old son. Great quality and very versatile.

Grip falling apart after one session on the heavy bat. Other than that, the bats have a good feel to them. Definitely do not use either of these bats to hit regular baseballs.

Given as a gift. Grandchild loved it
