Great product and flour alternative
It’s a very good flour alternative and I would highly recommend it for those that can’t have flour itself. Depending on what you’re making, it can be very sticky so make sure to coat your hands with oil or water before you turn it into a dough. I personally use it to make my oatmeal cookies because it’s very high in protein and would highly recommend you give it a shot if you have that opportunity. My recipe is very simple, I have oatmeal, vanilla extract, baking powder, olive oil, this flour, chocolate chips, and then some actual protein powder. Let it bake and you’re good to go. I would highly recommend this flour. Also, it doesn’t cost me any allergies or any issues as well. There’s a bit of an aftertaste to it, but that’s a flavor of the bean and I don’t mind it.

Low Carb pastries are possible.
I made some Chocolate chip cookies with this flour, using stevia based sugars and 100% cacao chips. They were very good, for low carb cookies. Let's face it, nothing bakes like wheat flour. However, this Lupin flour satisfied my two requirements for Gluten Free, because I have Celiac disease, and Low Carb because my son has Diabetes. The cookies were not as sweet as I would have preferred, but, again, we needed Low Carb and the stevia sweeteners, 100% cacao chips and Lupin flour made it possible for us to enjoy cookies, which is not always the case with our dietary restrictions. I'm going to try a pie crust next. I will buy this Lupin Flour again!

Alternative to wheat flour
I ordered this all because of a former Amish gal on YouTube. She uses it and has good luck with it, so I wanted to try as well since I can no longer indulge in regular flour. This looks like regular flour and measures the same, has 3 times the protein of eggs, 3 times the fiber of oats, is low carb, high protein and gluten free! It also has all 9 amino acids! Is it pricey? Yes, somewhat. But you pay for what you get, and the extra benefits this supplies makes it well worth it in my eyes! I may tone down some of my baking due to the cost, but it is getting warmer so I wont be wanting to heat up the house anyway. Just a pinch taste of this was enough to know I will be liking using this. It doesn't have that 'pasty' smell that regular flour has, so that's a plus! It also has a long expiration date. The texture and color is very similar to regular flour. I will update when I get some baking done so we will all know how it did!

Neutral taste w/baking (don't use raw)
This brand of lupin flour seems just fine for baking purposes. I wouldn't recommend using any lupin flour raw. I've noticed all lupin brands I've tried have a strong bean taste if used raw. It goes away during the cooking process. I've used it for breads, cookies, fritters, and fried chicken. It does brown very quickly, so watch that when frying. Note: different brands of lupin flour will affect recipes differently. You might have to adjust things like amnt of liquids, etc. to fit brand. (example: I had perfected a low-carb bread recipe with one brand, but when trying this one I had to cut way back on the amount of water used.)

Very good flavor!
Really good flavor, got tired of almond flour because if oxalates so decided to give this a go. The best I can describe the flavor is if you mixed potato and chickpeas and made a flour, but not in an overpowering way. I made a simple pancake out of 29g of this flour with half an egg, 1/2tsp baking powder, salt, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp of xantham gum and enough water to make a pancake consistent batter and it was honestly better in texture and flavor compare to almond flour pancakes. I am on a keto diet and have not tested to see if consuming this will kick one out of ketosis yet, however a single serving size yields a very large pancake with most of the carb count being fiber so in theory should be safe.

Terrible brand and product. A waste of money!
Absolutely, horrible product and horrible brand. Try different different recipes with this flour and turned out to be horrible consistency and taste. A waste!

Creamy and Delcious
I added a quarter cup to my steel cut oats in the morning along with some date syrup and it transformed it from dry and chewy to creamy and absolutely delicious. I had been using the crushed lupini nuggets which were good but this flour is so much better.

Terrible taste
I was very disappointed. I was looking for a flour that was gluten-free and high protein. The taste was bitter much like the flavor of chickpea flour. Even mixing it with other gluten-free flours, it ruined the taste of the dough. I threw it out.

Vastly overpriced
I bought it to see if all the hype was valid. It wasn't. I used in my keto baking . It worked well but won't buy anymore due to exorbitant cost, and there are a lot of other products in the market,
