This is a very nice set. Great for you or to gift to a friend or loved one who enjoys matcha. Durability: I haven't performed a drop test, however, it has a decent weight to it. Taste: The bowl does not effect the taste of the matcha. Functionality: the spout makes pouring from the bowl into the cup easy.

I bought this matcha set as a gift for my manager and she said she loved it. The bowl is a really nice size and the whole set looks good quality and well made. The color is also really pretty in person.

This set is perfect other than the fact that it didn’t include a mesh strainer. You have to buy that separately. I’m a novice matcha maker but this does the trick. It’s easy to clean as well. Really only need water. I don’t see how matcha sets really differ but this one is solid. No complaints. The green is a subtle color too, nothing too bright.
