I'm Not A Gamer And I'll NEVER Spend A Lot Of Money On A Monitor
I've been using this Viewsonic VX2778-SMHD 27 inch monitor since Jan, 2017, Very nice monitor! But, then I built a dream machine. i7-14700K on an ASRock Z790 Riptide motherboard with lots of SSD's and NVME drives. 48 gigs of very fast RAM and two DVDRW's. I'm pretty good at this and I did my very best not to allow any bottlenecks and not spend money on silly things. It absolutely screams; it gets stuff done fast! I also have an older Intel computer, an AMD computer, and a Raspberry Pi in here. So I have an HDMI KVM switcher and an HDMI audio extractor (audio goes straight to a competent home stereo). So, I don't play any games anymore, but I do want to get stuff done! There came a point where I wanted to make use of this somewhat better video card that's better than anything I've ever used. (Still not for gaming, tho.) I scoured Amazon. I ended up getting an NVidia GeForce GTX 1660 used, that was DIRT cheap! I chewed my nails wondering if it was going to work, but it did and it does! From the first momen, for about 9 or 10 months! I forget how much memory it's got, but it's up there. So, now, I had this video card mostly going to waste (Except for hardware acceleration; that's really nice!) So, I measured how much room I have. If I looked at monitors with really thin frames around the screen and measured and did the math... I decided on 32 inches. I scoured Amazon again and got to this monitor: (KTC H32T13 32 Inch) I had a little trouble. First of all, I'm lazy. I was still building that i7 and I set the monitor aside after unpacking it and went through all my other stuff I had to do first. (The other 2 computers mentioned above both needed some help.) (And the computer room needed some rearranging.) There's also that fact that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the old Viewsoni; there was no pressure... Anyway! From March 22nd until just now - two days ago - it just sat there. I don't even know where the quick start guide or whatever it is, went to, and I didn't want to conduct a lengthy search. Someone wrote that the power button is in a bad place. It's not that bad at all. I spent a little while finding it; reach your hand around the monitor's right side, near the bottom and feel for it. It sticks way out. The only time I have to reach for it is when I'm leaving the computer room to watch TV or go out or whatever. I can't reach it sitting down, but I'm getting up anyway at that point. Then I was totally puzzled, trying to figure out how to set the settings on the monitor. It wasn't bad, but I wanted to tweak the brightness, contrast, hue, gamma, etc. It took me quite a while to figure out that that power button, which is also a menu button (if you just touch it instead of holding it for three seconds) IS ALSO A JOYSTICK! Remember that! You can move it left, right, up, and down. Once I figured that out, it has a VERY logical, easy to use menu, unlike the Viewsonic mentioned about. The next problem I had was that a lot of things were ghosted in the menu and couldn't be selected. Scratching my head, I theorized that probably the video card was running the monitor and I turned to the NVidia Control Panel on the computer. There are at least three different places to set all that on that i7 machine, but it ended up being the screen display settings that did it. I love this monitor now! Plenty bright, fast, 2K, really great picture!! If the power button in the back is even a negative, I don't mind a bit. Everything else about it is outstanding! In about a minute, I had all those settings set. Beautiful bright, colorful screen! Perfect! I also have an older Silicon Dust HDHomeRun dual tuner. I encountered something that's never happened before! Watched "The Rifleman" in black and white. NEVER BEFORE have I had perfect black and white! Always some kind of tinge, usually in the dark places. I mean PERFECT black and white! Then I watched some stuff on Charge! (Streaming) and I adjusted color saturation and hue and got the skin tones right. Absolutely perfect picture, no matter what I do, now!! This is not a cheap budget monitor; this is an inexpensive performance monitor that works extremely well! I completely recommend it and I think it's a super nice deal for the money!!

This TV is AMAZING!
My old TV unexpectedly stopped working and I was able to purchase this model for an excellent price. It has exceptional features such as Google Assistant which is great for searching for movies by genre, by a specific actor, and you can even search for movies by a theme such as post-apocalyptic movies etc. The picture is phenomenal as it is an LCD picture and is bright and crisp.. it has Bluetooth built in so I can connect my headphones for watching at night. It is easy to operate and was easy to set up. My last TV was a TCL and my smartphone is a TCL. I am very satisfied with their products

TCL-32 inch. Really nice TV
I have had my new TV for about 2 months now. Great Picture. Navigating around it takes some learning and getting used to. I have cable so if I go to the TCL Channel or Google TV I have to go to settings and click on HDMI 1 to get back to my cable service. But that is fine. The TCL Channel is broken up into genres/categories. It works well so far with Google. Still kind of figuring it out though. Everything in my library is accessible on my TV now. It does let you use your google photos as a screensaver. That is cool but it is only when you are using Google TV. The sound is ok but I have a pair of Harman/Kardan speakers that I have used for years hooked up to it and the sound is great. Speaking of sound, I like the options on this TV. Going through settings is a little crazy as there is A LOT! It took me several times to remember how to get to the sleep timer. All in all, I really like this TV and when I can I will just sit and play around with it to learn where everything is. I am sure I won't use the TCL Channel a lot But I like having Netflix, YouTube and Prime Video buttons on the remote so I don't have to pull up the apps onscreen. A great value for the price, so far. Update 2/25 - The TV is still working just fine. I recently got rid of cable so started using the TV Remote. It feels a bit cheap and is VERY sensitive when you press buttons. Many times while pressing left or right on the circle, it will skip past the app I want to go to and I have to click back to it. Same with the up and down function on the circle Also, I have tried with two pair but my wireless bluetooth earbuds won't work with the TV. It says they are paired but the sound comes out of the speakers I have connected. Update: 1 year and 6 months...moved this tv to my bedroom. It's had a problem connecting via wifi. Everything else I have connects fine. If I ever but another smart tv, it will be a Roku like I have in my living room. It is way easier to navigate and no connection problems. Update 2: Ended up buying a ROKU stick.

Remarkable compact 32" HD TV!
We searched high & low for a 32" high definition TV that would fit into our 28.5" wide entertainment cabinet. It came down to two choices. The first we tried had thin and unpleasant sound (no room for a sound bar,) and poor off-axis picture. Next to try was this TCL. At 28.1", it was a perfect fit. And, unlike other TVs of this size that offer simple bass & treble sound adjustments, the TCL has a multi-band graphic equalizer that enabled us to compensate for the acoustics of the built-in speakers as well as the room. Our research warned us that TVs of this size generally have crappy sound because of space constraints (and it's assumed that an external sound system will be used). So, we really are happy with the on-board sound! Thank you to the reviewers who mentioned the TCL's great audio! As for the picture, the room's field of vision is covered with a nice clear image. The range of adjustments for tweaking both sound & picture is impressive. All in all, we're thankful to TCL and highly recommend this TV! Oh, and did I mention it's a great value for the $$?!

Best 32 inch 1080p full HD TV for the price
After my family died in 2012, I decided to keep the old 1975 Console TV with hopes of putting in an LED flat panel TV in place of the CRT. Well, 12 years later, I finally got around to doing it. One thing that was stopping me is that 10 years ago, there were no 1080p 32 inch TVs. They were all 720p, and I wanted full HD. There are only 2 manufacturers who make full HD 32" televisions - Samsung and TCL The Samsung did not fit as well as this TCL. So, after refinishing the cabinet, we put the TCL 32 into the big wood box. The picture is way too good for a $140 television! This is my third TCL and I really like them. 5 years ago the TCL interface was slow. But this 2024 model is very snappy when loading apps and channels. This TV also has Ethernet for internet and Fiber-optic for audio in addition to Bluetooth and WiFi. It is a very nice touch for a TV at this price point and size. Overall, it is a great TV - at ANY price! What do you think of my custom retro console LED TV??

Good tv problem fixed
Picture and sound is good. Google OS is ok. My only problem is that the tv powers down quite often, maybe every other day or so. Tried all of the settings including factory reset. Sometimes I have to unplug it from the wall in order to get it working. Because of this I would not recommend buying this TV Update January 2025. Problem went away, maybe tcl upgraded the firmware. Have had no shutdown problems for over three months. Very happy with the tv and like the google OS.

I've bought around 20 TVs and monitors in my lifetime, this one is the worst.
Hands down the worst TV I've ever purchased in my life. Every other TV I just plugged in and turned on after opening and it I could go to the home menus and start using it. This one took an hour to setup with ridiculous forced google login features. It has an odd size screw mounts in the back for its mount, but doesn't bother giving you screws for the unique size holes, so any mount you buy will not work out of the box. I had screws laying around from something else that partially fit, but it still doesnt fit tightly. Once you figure that all out you are gifted with one of the slowest, clunkiest UIs and TV interfaces I've ever used. Absolutely horrible and frustrating to use. Also for whatever reason, despite this being a "Google TV" and Google owning Youtube, the youtube app is junk. A bunch of videos including shorts wont display in the proper format so if you enjoy watching youtube vids on the TV dont get this one. My dirt cheap Hi-sense TV from walmart looks like Rolodex quality compared to this thing. Connecting bluetooth speakers is a pain and has you navigating menus which are not intuitive or make sense. Bluetooth headphones will also not reconnect easily without navigating all the menus each time. I've never bought a worse TV than this one.

Ok, but not great.
It’s ok for a cheap tv, but it doesn’t really live up to the TVL standards. If you want a good TCL, get one with FireTV or RokuTV. The Google TVs are slow and disconnect from the internet frequently. The picture is clear, but not high definition. Volume is ok. You have to have it on 25-30 to be able to hear it. Not a bad purchase, but if you can afford a slightly better one, buy that instead.
