Light. Full on solar protection. Washable.folds flat. Adjustable. The chin band is annoying till you need it but can be tucked inside the brim. A velcro attachment to the strap so you could decide when to use it might be useful. I have a large hat size and it fits me!

It's pretty cheap material, not overly comfortable and it's not going to win any style awards, but for keeping the sun off your face and neck on hot/sunny days......well, it does okay. To be honest I will probably try something else when this falls apart. (I work outdoors)It is at least lightweight, breathable and fast drying; and it's not expensive.

A good quality hat for the money fits perfect, ready for the weekends golf during this hot weather.

I bought this for sun protection and it worked a treat. Protected my head, neck and face from searing sun shine. It can get a bit hot still, some more ventilation might be nice but then you'd lose waterproofing performance
