all the knives in the set s really nice, with an elegant design and really very sharp and useful in all kitchen use But I'm dropping a star, because one of the knives has a small metal part inside it, and it creates an unintended sound when moved or shaken. other than that I will definitely recommend it

Dopo un set di coltelli in ceramica, che mi ha deluso, ho deciso di cercare un buon set di coltelli in acciaio ed ho approfittato dell'offerta su questo kit. Inizialmente ero diffidente sulla qualità del prodotto, ma sia i materiali che l'affilatura (veramente eccezionale) mi hanno lasciato piacevolmente stupito. A partire dal ceppo, tutti i materiali sono semplici ma robusti. I coltelli sono ottimamente bilanciati per supportare la mano nel taglio e l'affilatura è ottima: tagliare carne o verdure con questi coltelli è un piacere. Bisogna prestare estrema attenzione nel maneggiarli perché si rischia facilmente di ferirsi, non dando peso all'affilatura degli stessi. Il kit vale ogni centesimo speso, spero che la qualità si mantenga nel tempo perché sono davvero soddisfatto.

meglio di così non era possibile. Belli esteticamente, leggeri, ergonomici per una presa facile nonostante siano interamente in acciaio giapponese quindi facili da lavare, affilati e durevoli
