it works great and easy to use very handy tool I use this a lot and works great really recommend it to anyone thank you guys.

The media could not be loaded.  It looks nice. Switches tips easily. Gets hot...... but not the tip.... as seen in the video im touching the solder it would not melt at 400 degrees. It is hot but the tip doesnt get hot enough to melt it unless you go up the tip a quarter of a inch or so.Update 9-4-2023So after i posted my review they sent me a message that it was an error from their factory and Im like awesome they will send me new one that actually works.... it was a quick delivery i mean amazing delivery i would give them a 10 out of 10 just for that.... but the device is the same as the other one. It gets hot i can feel the heat coming off. But as the new uploaded video shows it does nothing to flux it does not melt it. I had it on for a bit to get it up to heat the touched the flux it came with and nothing. Im trying to replace capacitors and it would work. Like i said previously it gets hot but the tip... which to me is the most important, does not.... A+ for customer service. But i can not use it.

We liked how quickly this solder iron heated up. We liked the assortment of tips to use. We did not like the skimpy lightweight solder iron holder as it tended to tip sideways by the solder iron weigh and power cable... a little more base area to prevent sideways tipping might prevent a hot iron to accidently tip over and burn a table top....yes it happened.
