After struggling to understand the NMEA 2000 architecture (despite multiple diagrams) and multiple trips to the boat storage facility 100+ miles away I finally decided to just buy this interface. It was a quick and easy install and now I have a Fusion radio, two remotes, and the power inserter (which I also didn’t know I needed initially) installed and working! Don’t forget terminators!

Saved space and eliminated multiple T connectors
I chose this product to eliminate multiple Tee Connectors. Saving me space on the installation. When you use many nema2000 tee connectors for multiple devices it requires a lot of space. This unit reduced the space required and performed perfectly.

I think this makes it quite a bit neater underneath the dash then I’ll tease has a place for two small screws were you can screw it to the bulkhead the installation came out really tidy

Saves space; costs less!
This is a set of four standard NMEA 2000 connections in one assembly that is much shorter than the space required for four individual T drop cable connectors. And, per connection, it’s much cheaper too. Highly recommended!

Orientation of the 4 female connectors
In tight spaces on a boat the orientation of the of the female keyed connectors matters. I order another multiport connector and it was 180 degrees different. Stick with one vendor.

Compact and Reliable
Much better than the 4 separate connectors I had before. Takes up less space and reduces the connections. Use terminal fittings if you don't need all 4 connections.
