Finally I can make scrambled eggs in a non stick pan that doesn't stick to the bolts. Clean up like a dream. Just be sure to follow the rules, don't heat the pan empty, don't leave on a hot burner after cooking, and let cool before you wash it. Be careful not to use a high flame as the handle can burn because it is wood.

Good product. Fries food well. Has a lid. Cleans up easily.

The pan is wonderful. This is our 3rd one. Not because the quality but because this thing gets used all the time. It never comes off the stove. What I am disappointed in is that I had to go out of my way to send the first one back. This was packed with another item. The outer box and other item were perfect. This box was so damaged it was unbelievable. They purposely sent me a damaged item. The pan looked fine but was bent to where the lid did not fit. I think somebody needs some better quality control.

Quick delivery, great product, this is an awesome little skillet for cooking omelets.

Delivers as promised

I was so excited to get this pan. I love the look of it and the fact that it has no Teflon chemicals. Unfortunately, I am not willing to devote the amount of time and care to a frying pan as required by this one. I’ve had it for just over three months. I’ve never used any metal utensils on it, only plastic and silicone, and have only used the soft side of the sponge to wash it, and yet it is covered in scratches. Not to mention that any charring you hope to achieve in your cooking leaves it stained like this, even if you wash it right away or soak it overnight. Granted, that could just be due to its light color (looks pretty, but never again). I’m just sad that I can’t find a decent pan that is both toxin-free and effective as non-stick. In conclusion, if you have the time and energy to “baby” your cookware, then by all means, get this pan, otherwise save yourself the trouble and the cash.

This is my second purchase of Michelangelo cookware. I also have the 1 qt pot. This cookware is lightweight, but does a great job for whatever recipe you have. It heats quickly and evenly, and easy to clean up. The items came packaged well. I highly recommend this seller.

You still need a little oil to keep from food sticking

It's the perfect size for my smaller cooking needs. All new non-stick pans are great in the beginning but this one looks like it is high quality enough to carry on with that great performance. I chose this one because of the glass lid.

The middle of pan is higher than its sides. If it was flat less oil would be needed and better for pan life time. Hope next models won't have this issue because otherwise it's great.

Truly non stick. Remember to read the leaflet that comes with it as there are some care instructions I didn’t know about that will help to keep this as great as it is the day it arrived.
