I really wanted to like this product because it is a fraction of the price of many other beauty pillows. Unfortunately, the design made it impossible to sleep on and I had to take paracetamol for the pain in my neck that it had given me. It is a shame because the quality of the pillow itself (and its removable pillowcase) cannot be faulted at all; the memory foam is really good and very comfortable. However the DESIGN of the pillow makes it UNcomfortable, which is an understatement. Due to the very high height of the neck support, there is then a super-deep drop where your head is tilted back at a steep angle. This is great for not getting neck wrinkles or puffy eyes - indeed, in spite of the sleep deprivation I did get up to a face with no lines and no puffy face. But who can sleep like that? It was painful and I needed paracetamol for the pain in my neck. eventually, if you’re not sleeping, you trade sleep wrinkles for a different kind of aging - aging from sleep deprivation as we need sleep for our bodies to rejuvenate, and dark circles. Also, shorten sleep and you literally shorten your life. It’s not worth dying prematurely to be beautiful! If I turned this pillow h to brother way around so that my neck on the lower end, there is not enough space for my head (and I have a small head) and it is too uncomfortable that way, too. By all means give it a go, but I agree with the other person’s review who said similar to me about the neck support being too high, etc. There are lots of positive reviews, so maybe someone else will be able to break it in… I really wanted to like this pillow but it was just impossible to sleep on. FYI, for anyone who experiences a similar problem to me and is desperate to find a comfortable beauty pillow, I eventually bought a beauty pillow by Sleep and Glow, called The Aula. It comes with 100% Mulberry silk pillowcase. From the very first night it was immediately comfortable and it really works. The bolsters are really high and stop your head turning left or right and the space in between for your head is just right. It’s the best pillow ever. I recommend it 100%.

The pillow had an extremely strong toxic plastic / chemical smell. I thought this might've been because of the plastic bag it comes in, but none of the packaging smelled of it, just the pillow. I laid on it for 10 minutes maximum before I couldn't stomach the smell anymore (and worried about the safety of it, tbh!). In those 10 minutes it made my pillowcase and my sheet underneath smell strongly of the same toxicity. Quite worrying. Would have made sense if it was the plastic bag, but no... what has happened to give it such an unbelievably chemical/plastic scent? Not sure any amount of washing / airing could get that out, and I wasn't prepared to try. That's not anything I want to put my face anywhere near, let alone sleep on for hours every night.

Just Amazing Pillow I have been last few night. Very well and on top of that my neck pain and back pain have considerably decreased. So far no faults at all . I definitely recommend it to anyone who going neck pain and Back ach

I personally find the pillow very uncomfortable, it arrived a wee before I left for an overseas trip, I gave it a week and found it very uncomfortable for side sleeping, I used both the high and low side and both were not great, I spent 8 days in a hotel abroad and slept great with there pillow, returned home. Tried this for 2 more nights and got a headache, it's now at the bottom of the bed being used as a footrest as such and I've returned to a softer pillow from Primark, I will add when lying back onto it it feels nice and supports the neck, so back sleepers will probably love it, side sleepers I'd recommend giving it a pass.

Better than normal pillows. Helps my neck and back pain.

This pillow is not ideal for me personally. (Side sleeper) For a back sleepers, i imagine it's great. It's well made and comfortable if laying on your back.

I've only had the pillow a couple of nights but I'm impressed by it's comfort. I xan only speak for myself but I have had trouble with neck pain at night and have tried many pillows with not much success, this one has given me some relief and better sleep. It may not suit everyone but it seems to work for me so far.

If you check my review history, I don’t write one often but both my wife and I have had one of these for a few months and agree it’s fantastic, when away from home we miss it so much that we’re going to take it with us from now on, sleeping better, no neck pains, sadly doesn't stop me snoring according to wife, I don’t hear it myself, she uses ear plugs!

Je ne m'en sers plus car je ne dors que sur le côté. Mais il est très confortable pour lire sur le dos. Je vous le conseille uniquement si vous dormez sur le dos, là il devrait vous convenir parfaitement.

Omg,, when I say it's soft, it's soft, I have memory foam pillows but this is way softer, it's like latex, I was surprised how soft it is,, I only got it this morning so havnt slept on it yet, but if you want a super soft pillow this is it, the shape should be great for your neck, if I sleep OK I'm buying more,, I have occipital neuralgia so my skull hurts hence why I need a soft pillow, highly recommend

Solo que si eres de los que le cuesta dormir boca arriba te costará acostumbrarte, es justo lo que me pasa a mi. Pero en líneas generales es comoda!

Ich mag das Kissen sehr und habe jetzt auch paar Monate damit geschlafen. Es hält meinen Kopf ganz gut gerade und ich schlafe problemlos durch. Seine Form behält es auch nach langem Gebrauch.
