These PCS are great! I have purchased a few of them from NENCHIN and have not had any issues at all. Intel NUC 13 Pro Mini PCs raise the bar for performance and connectivity in a device build for productivity, collaboration, and edge compute. 13th Gen Intel Core processors, up to 64GB dual channel memory, massive SSD capacity and numerous ports front and back are class performance in a mini-PC. Overall a great little machine ！

Bait and switch. NO WARRANTY COVERAGE.
NOT an Intel NUC. Bait and switch. The device is OK, so far, but it is assuredly NOT an Intel brand device; it is an Asus device. IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY WARRANTY COVERAGE in the USA. None. The warranty is for a Chinese product being used in China. Further, you cannot purchase a warranty from Amazon or third-party because the receipt from Amazon is for a different product - an Intel NUC, not an Asus NUC. Stale inventory. Caveat emptor.

Noisy little sumbitch (REVISED)
REVISED The seller reached out to me offering to help adjust the fan settings to quiet it down. I just tried it today, so we’ll see how it goes. They also offered a partial refund. I did not request it but they offered anyway. Excellent after sale service Random thoughts -Came pre installed with Windows 11. Not a plus. -Running only a couple of browser windows and a few documents causes the fan to spool up like a jet engine…and stay there for far too long. -Overpriced. -I missed the return window or else I would have. -I trusted that an Intel product wouldn’t suck. I was wrong
