Best ashwaganda I’ve found so far. Taste is actually pleasant. Very calming and sedative effects. Everything this company touches is gold. It’s concentrated so be careful. Highly recommended.

Love it as drops but a bit too sweet for me
If you like sweet then perfect, it's not that sweet but if you are someone that doesn't like the sweet taste then not the best option. The bottle is good quality. It does help me sleep better but might go with a different brand after this one.
